Try Yoga for Better Sex

Good sex is always good, but better sex is even better - and so it’s no wonder that men are always looking for ways to obtain even better sex. Paying attention to penis health is one way, of course, but there are some other options that are less obviously geared toward the penis. For example, practicing yoga can be one path to better sex for many men (and women, for that matter).

Some key benefits

Yoga, as most people know, is a group of physical and mental exercises with a spiritual base in Hinduism. In the United States, most people tend to partake primarily of the physical aspect of yoga, in the form of yoga classes that emphasize the attainment of specific key poses. There are various kinds of yoga, as well as various levels (beginner, intermediate, etc.).

For men interested in better sex, there are some specific benefits that can be gained from practicing yoga, including:

- Improving flexibility. When the body’s muscles are tight and stiff, they lack the limberness that can enhance sexual physicality.

- Building strength. Many sex positions require that men possess significant arm and/or upper body strength, which yoga classes can assist in developing.

- Working on the spine. Think for a moment about the various contortions that the back goes through in a typical bout of sexual activity. Many yoga poses are excellent at increasing strength and mobility of the spine.

- Reducing stress. Tension and stress can be deadly to a person’s sex life. Being able to release stress and relax improves one’s sex life tremendously.

Positions

Although yoga in general can be a boost in one’s search for better sex, the following are among the many positions that can provide specific sex benefits. These include:

- Plank. For beginners, this can be challenging, but it works on the abs, core, spine, shoulders, and lower back, all of which come into play during sex. For the plank, a person takes a modified push-up pose, with weight on the balls of the feet and arms straightening. (Some perform the plank with their forearms straight out on the floor and with one’s weight on the elbows.)

- The dogs. Downward facing dog works on arm strength and lengthening the spine. Upward dog works the abs and arms and helps improve flexibility in the lower back. Downward facing dog causes the body to resemble a triangle. With upward dog, only hands and feet are touching the ground.

- Bridge. The hips, thighs, abs, and glutes feel the burn during the bridge pose, in which one lies on one’s back, knees bent, and lifts the buttocks and lower back off the ground.

- Butterfly. Usually easier for women than for men, the butterfly stretches the crotch appreciably. Those who believe in the tantric aspects of yoga point to the butterfly as an excellent way to keep sexual channels open and operating well. The pose involves sitting with the soles of the feet pressed together and trying to press the knees close to the floor.

Note: It is best to attempt these and other yoga positions with a yoga instructor, rather than risk injury by trying them oneself. The descriptions above do not give a complete understanding of how to achieve the poses.

Practicing yoga can help one find a path to better sex, and it can also pay to attend to one’s penis health. This is made easier by daily application of top-notch penis health oil (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). When deciding on an oil, it pays to find one that includes both L-carnitine and L-arginine. The former boasts neuroprotective properties, which can help maintain an appropriate degree of penis sensation. The latter aids in producing nitric oxide, which in turn enables penis blood vessels to better accommodate increased blood flow.

Do Vampires Have Better Sex? Planning for a Sexy Halloween

Halloween is still a little ways away, but it’s never too early to start planning for this festive holiday. Think of all the things associated with Halloween – candy, tricks, costumes, doorbells, better sex. Yes, it’s true – Halloween can be a great time to try new things and perhaps attain even better sex than has been had previously. Guys who practice proper penis care are in a great position to engage a partner in a little scary fun to get the blood pumping.

Better sex tips for Halloween

With that in mind, what are some tips and plans one can investigate for making Halloween as sexy as it is scary (at least after the little ones have finished calling)?

- Make use of candles. Taking place at night as it does, Halloween is one of those holidays in which candles play a big role, from lighting up jack-o-lanterns to adding scary ambiance to the front yard or living room. But candles can also be used to give an erotic atmosphere to a room. A few well-placed candles in the bedroom or living room, even in the kitchen, can turn the romantic heat up. Plus, a naked couple can enjoy trying out positions to see what kind of shadows they cast on the wall.

- Let her bob for those apples. Kids love filling a tub with water, throwing in some apples and trying to pick them up using only their mouths. A man and his partner can try a much drier variation. Using body paint, the guy can color his balls an apple red hue, then sit back naked and let his partner bob to her heart’s content.

- Throw the bones. Fortune telling is a big treat on Halloween, and one way to forecast the future is to throw bones on the ground and interpret them based on the patterns they form. For Halloween, a guy can blindfold a partner and scatter a few bones on the floor – but can also place his own boner amidst the bones for her to discover.

- Play with a broomstick. Witches are heavily identified with Halloween, so a man should encourage his female partner to let her inner witch out. This can be made easier for her by making sure she has a broomstick to ride – and if no broomsticks are readily available, an erect penis is a fine substitute.

- Go trick or treating. After the kids are in bed, adults can engage in their own trick or treating. But in this case, the treats are not candies and cookies but instead are delectable body parts that offer even more oral pleasure – to both the giver and the receiver.

- Get decked out. Lastly, Halloween is all about costumes, so take advantage of the season to engage in some fantasy role playing. Now is the time to be the speeding driver willing to do anything to keep the police office from writing a ticket, or the vampire who must be persuaded to suck something other than blood, or a werewolf who has met his match with a lion tamer? Or forget the role playing and just see what if there’s better sex to be had from diving into bed wearing caveman and –woman outfits or dressed like royalty.

Guys who experiment with better sex possibilities at Halloween (or anytime) are more likely to succeed if they maintain good penis health – which is easier if they daily apply a top notch penis health oil (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). Guys want their penis to look beautiful, so select an oil that contains a combination of moisturizing agents, like shea butter and vitamin E, to combat dry, flaky penis skin. The oil should also contain L-arginine, an amino acid that helps keep penile blood vessels open for increased flow.

Better Sex Resolutions for the New Year

With the new year rapidly on the way, it’s time for people to start thinking about resolutions to improve their lives. Hopefully, men reading this already are talking steps to maintain excellent penis health – but if they are not, that needs to be at the top of their resolutions list! But beyond keeping the penis healthy and strong, now is a good time to resolve to experience even better sex in the coming year.

“Having better sex’ is a fine resolution in and of itself, but men will be better off if they make more specific plans for achieving that goal. Depending upon a man’s individual status and needs, the following are some resolutions which might be valuable to consider.

- Get more rest. It’s no secret that people in this fast-paced, modern world are simply not getting enough sleep – and that’s bad for health in general, as well as specifically for penis health. When a man is tired, his sex drive can be dampened and his stamina can be lessened. In other words, it can take longer to get his “car” started and he runs out of gas more quickly. Better sex is more likely if a man is well rested, so getting more sleep on a regular basis is recommended.

- Try new positions. This is an especially good resolution for a man in a long term relationship which may have become a little “routine.” If the couple has been using the same sex position (often traditional missionary), it’s time to get out the Kama Sutra and start exploring some different options. Not only can this add some new excitement in the bedroom, but changing positions often means that the penis (and the vagina) will be stimulated differently, which may lead to sex lasting longer than it does with the couple’s tried-and-true position.

- Improve general health. The healthier the body in general is, the healthier the penis – and the better prepared for better sex. Start with diet, especially for men who are overweight. Shedding extra pounds can make a man feel livelier and increase his sexual stamina; in addition, losing the spare tire makes the basic mechanics of penetrative sex more manageable. Adding healthy food alternatives, like fruits and vegetables, can also boost a guys’ sexual energy.

For those who don’t exercise as much as they should, increasing physical activity is important, too. Not only does this improve a man’s physical appearance 9which can be an ego boost), it also affects testosterone production, which in turn can make a guy feel friskier.

And upper body strength comes in handy for maintaining sex positions which require the man to use his arms.

Quitting smoking and limiting alcohol intake can also go a long way to achieving better sex goals. Smoking stresses the heart, which affects sexual performance in a number of ways. And too much alcohol can lessen sex drive while also causing the penis to go “soft” more often than is desired.

- Communicate. Sex may be driven by the penis, but the whole person needs to be involved – and a couple will have better sex is they openly communicate about their sexual wants and needs. Letting a partner know what feels good or what is less arousing – and learning what works or doesn’t work for them - is important for a positive sexual relationship.

- Keep the penis healthy. One of the most important better sex resolutions is to daily apply a superior penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). Look for a crème that contains alpha lipoic acid, a potent antioxidant that combats excess free radicals. This in turn helps prevent damaging oxidative stress. The best crème will also include vitamin A, which has anti-bacterial properties that can help eliminate persistent penis odor, a common complaint women have about men.

Holiday Gifts for Better Sex

The ho-ho-holidays are almost here, and that means that men need to be putting serious thought into the gifts they give to their partners. While most partners expect gifts in a traditional style, many also would enjoy at least one or two gifts with a specific focus – such as helping a couple to enjoy even better sex. One easy gift for men to give in this area is that of penis health, which helps to create conditions for better sex. But there are some more tangible better sex gifts which can also be investigated.

Among some better sex gift suggestions are the following:

- Edible underwear. Sure, the holidays mean feasting on too much food – but few couples are too full to indulge their sexual appetites in bed. With that in mind, consider edible underwear – perhaps a his-and-hers pack – to help add a little something extra to holiday sex romps. A similar option men may want to try: wrapping fruit strips around their erect penis to give it a candy cane-like appearance and inviting their partner to lick away.

- Vibrator. It’s a classic sex toy, and with good reason. The sensations that occur when a vibrator is rubbed against a vagina or penis can be intense and thrilling. Vibrators can make foreplay fell like play instead of work (as it often is for some men). While the traditional dildo-style vibrator is always an option, couples may also want to consider a vibrating penis ring as well. Not only can this aid a man in gaining an erection, the vibrating feeling when the penis is inserted into the vagina can be magnificent. Remote control vibrators or anal massagers are also worth a go, as it can be significantly erotic for a partner to feel a vibrator inside of them which is being controlled by their mate.

- Bondage equipment. Warning: It’s best to have discussed a partner’s interest in bondage activities before moving forward with these gifts. Bondage equipment can be as simple as a set of handcuffs to as elaborate as a full dungeon mistress (or master) ensemble. Before using bondage equipment, of course, a couple needs to make sure both participants are comfortable with the idea and establish ground rules (such as safe words).

- Massage oils. What feels better than a loved one’s hands kneading one’s tensed-up muscles and getting a person to feel good and relaxed and receptive to sex? It can be even better if scented or flavored massage oils are used.

- Penis molding kit. Couples hate it when they have to be apart. With a penis molding kit, a man can be sure that his partner will have a very personal memento to remember him by when he’s away on an extended trip. These kits make a mold of a guy’s penis, which can then be filled out with an appropriate material. Some even make vibrating versions of a man’s penis – even better for keeping a lovely partner company at night.

The holidays are a great time to give gifts for encouraging better sex. It’s also a perfect time to commit to maintaining better penis health, and regular application of a top drawer penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) can be just the ticket for attaining this worthy goal. To stay ahead of the game, be sure to select a crème that contains a wide range of vitamins, including A, B5,C, D and E. Applying the vitamins in a topical crème directly to the penis helps deliver their benefits more directly to the organ itself. The crème should also be able to help maintain proper penis sensitivity, so find one with L-carnitine. This amino acid is neuroprotective and helps maintain proper sensation even when the penis endures very rough handling.

Locations for Better Sex

The adage that the three most important things in real estate are location, location, and location doesn’t exactly apply to better sex. But there’s no denying that changing locations can indeed spruce things up where the bed game is concerned. (Of course, this assumes that penis health is adequate in the first place.) Mind you, there is absolutely nothing wrong if a couple finds that they are perfectly sexually satisfied in the bedroom (or wherever they habitually engage in sex). But for those who may find themselves in a bit of a rut, changing locations may be one way to achieve better sex.

But what might some of those locations be? The following can be some good starting places.

- The living room. For some, it may be best to start out with a small change. The living room would be comfortable and familiar, and hopefully has a couch large enough to accommodate the preferred goings-on. Of course, some couples may prefer to opt out of using the couch and instead try a little coupling on the floor – especially if there’s a nice rug and a romantic roaring fire nearby.

- The bathroom. Warning: sex in the bathtub can be dangerous, as it’s easy to slip and fall. That said, many better sex advocates find that soaping each other up and getting it on in a warm shower can be enormously rewarding.

- A car. Sure, many people had no other option for sex but a car in their teen years and they may not miss it. But when a couple chooses to explore this option, rather than having it thrust upon them, they may find it increases their sense of urgency and excitement. Plus., they may have gained some skills through the years that make it easier to accommodate the physical demands of sex in a car.

- A tent. There’s something invigorating about being outdoors in the fresh air – and many is the couple that has engaged in sex right there in a meadow or woods. But to be safe and avoid potential embarrassment and/or arrest, a couple can get the benefits of fresh air from inside a tent. Tip: Bring padding or an air mattress, as rocks in the ground may otherwise make sex a bit uncomfortable.

- A boat on the water. Again, this is not without risks – such as capsizing - especially if in a small craft like a rowboat. However, feeling the boat rocking underneath them while they are physically engaged without their own movements can make this one of a couple’s favorite locations.

- A swimming pool. No, not a public pool – but if a couple has access to a private pool, the opportunity to experience sex while surrounded by water can be exhilarating. Some may opt to explore sex on a small raft in the pool (usually more suitable for oral sex than for penetrative methods), but they should at least consider sex while standing up with water at least up to the waist (and perhaps up to the shoulders). Again, good balance is required, so be careful. And one big consideration: hot water and chlorine can erode a condom – and they can be more likely to slip off underwater. So this might best be used by couples who are monogamous and who are using another form of birth control.

Whatever locations a guy uses in pursuit of better sex, he needs to keep his equipment healthy via daily application of a superior penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). Because keeping penile blood vessels open and expanded is helpful for better sex, choose a crème with L-arginine, which aids in producing nitric oxide to help with this issue. In addition, the creme should include vitamin B5, which is a vital nutrient required for proper cell metabolism and tissue health.

Better Sex through Sensual Game Playing

Good sex is great, but is "good enough" sex really good enough? Often people who have been sexually involved with each other for a long period of time may find that their sex lives fall into a little bit of a rut - it’s fine, but it could be better sex. And the same can be true for some couples who are just starting out; there may be a little something missing, perhaps because they feel a little shy or unsure of themselves. Assuming penis health or another problem is not an issue, there’s no reason that such couples shouldn’t be enjoying even better sex - and one way to help achieve that goal could be to incorporate sex games into bedtime activities.

Sex games are a fun way to add a little spice back into sex play or to help "break the ice" among those still getting to know each other. There are dozens of games out there that a couple can use in search of better sex. Here are a few that they can consider to get themselves started:

- Strip anything. Almost everyone knows about strip poker, in which people play cards but instead of betting with money, they bet with pieces of clothing. But the fact is that there are numerous other games that can incorporate stripping. For example, get a pair of dice and have each person pick a number - say, five for him, eight for her. Roll the dice. Every time a five comes up, he takes off a piece of clothing and the same for her when eight is rolled. Or to make it more fun, let her take off his piece of clothing when five is rolled and he take off hers when eight is rolled.

- Distracted wooden tower. Take one of those stackable wooden towers and put it together. As with normal play, the trick is to remove pieces of the tower without it falling down. The challenge in this version is that as the player is trying to remove the piece, their partner is rubbing and massaging their genitals to distract them.

- Penis ring toss. The man picks out five sex positions and assigns each one a number, without letting the partner know what they are. He then stands with a firmly erect penis while the partner tosses five plastic hoops, trying to get them to land on his penis. If, say, three end up around the penis, they then have sex using whatever position was assigned the number three.

- Orgasm race. The partners masturbate each other, trying to make the other reach orgasm first. Vibrators and other sex toys may be used. Determine an appropriate prize for whoever wins - whether it’s sexual, like getting to determine what sex position to use the next time they have sex or practical, like taking out the garbage.

- Sexy slips. Each partner takes several slips of paper and writes on each one of them something sexy he wants the other to do, e.g. "Tie me up with stockings" or "Service me orally at the breakfast table" or "Masturbate in front of me." Each partner draws a slip and has to follow the instructions. (If they are unwilling or unable to, they can pass - but they should talk about why they are reluctant to do it.)

Sex games are one route to better sex - but the best route involves being willing and able to communicate lovingly and openly (if tactfully) with a partner.

Sex games will more likely lead to better sex for a guy if his penis is in top shape, so it behooves him to utilize a top notch penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) regularly. The top cremes will include both L-arginine and L-carnitine. The former is an amino acid which plays a role in keeping penile blood vessels open for increased blood flow. The latter is neuroprotective, helping ensure proper penis sensitivity when a penis is overused or roughly handled.

Better Sex in the Missionary Position

Even when the sex is great, guys are always in search of ways to have even better sex. As long as they’re appropriately appreciative of the good sex they are already having, there’s nothing wrong with keeping an eye out for better sex tips as well. Some tips are easy, such as practicing prime penis care so that his equipment is always in the best possible shape for sex workout. Other times a guy may explore outrageous new sex positions, and that can often be a profitable road to take. But sometimes there are some closer-to-home options to take - such as upping his game on the good old everyday missionary position.

The reliable missionary

For most people, the missionary position, generally defined as a woman lying down and a man lying on top of her or raising his torso above her as he inserts his penis, is the old stand-by position - and very likely the one they employed when they first lost their virginity.

And there are a lot of things for guys to like about the missionary position. For example, it’s simple and doesn’t usually involve a lot of moves that force him to twist around. It keeps him face to face with his partner. If he pushes himself up, it allows him to show off how his work on his biceps is paying off.

But because it is so often used and so familiar, it can be easy to fall into a rut where this particular position is concerned. So for better sex, it pays to think of ways to liven up the old stand-by.

Getting better sex from the position

And what are some ways to enliven the old missionary? These tips can help.

- Move up a bit. After successfully entering the vagina, a guy can move his torso forward a bit, placing his hips slightly higher than the woman’s. This places the pubic bone in a position to grind pleasingly against a portion of the female anatomy that is particularly prone to pleasure. It may take a little experimenting to get the positioning just right - but many women think it’s definitely worth it.

- Employ a press . After penetration, the male should move his legs outside the female’s, and the female should clamp her legs tight together. This vise-like action can provide strong new sensations to the penis and the vagina during thrusting.

- Go the pillow route. If a partner would like deeper penetration, this can be achieved with just a little assistance from a pillow. Place it under her posterior, thereby raising her hips higher and creating a new angle for penetration which generally allows the penis to thrust deeper into the vagina.

- Try a new location. Plain old missionary can lead to even better sex when it’s employed in a new setting. If a couple always has sex in their bed, try it on the floor (with sufficient carpeting or padding for comfort). Or take it to a new room altogether and see what sex on the sofa, in the kitchen, or in the laundry room is like. Those with a high enough privacy fence might even want to take things into the backyard. But enjoying sex in a different location can make it a new experience.

There are many other ways to change up the missionary position n for better sex, but whatever option a guy pursues will work out better if his penis is in its best possible shape. One way to help maintain good penis health is by daily using a superior penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) . A really superb crème will feature an ingredient known as L-carnitine. This has neuroprotective benefits and can be helpful in maintaining appropriate penis sensitivity, which can be diminished from rough sex. The crème should also include vitamin C, which is a key component in collagen, giving penis skin its tone and elasticity.

Want Better Sex? Dress for the Part

For many people, one of the lures of sex is the chance to be naked with another person. But what if they could have even better sex by staying clothed? For some couples, especially those who have been together for a while, it can pay to dress up for sex - in a manner of speaking. Wearing a little outfit to bed won’t take the place of maintaining excellent penis care, but it may add a little zest and zing to that thing called lovemaking.

Not role playing
Deciding to dress the part for sex isn’t necessarily about role playing - although couples should definitely investigate that as an option for keeping the sexual fires stoked. Role playing involves taking on a whole new persona, pretending to be someone else, in order to add a sense of excitement, mystery or intrigue to sexual escapades.

No, what is being discussed here is simply the idea of having sex while clothed - in some degree or another. It’s an experience that most people have had at some point in their lives. But often it’s something associated with days when sex was furtive for a person. Clothes remained on because a couple was making out in the backseat of the car or on the sofa in the living room, just a few steps away from where a parent or two was lightly sleeping.

When people become adults, it’s something that occurs less frequently. Yes, a "quickie" in the bathroom of a bar or in the supply room at work may involve simply a loosening of the fly and a lifting of the skirt. But more often sex becomes about getting totally naked with another person. And that’s a lovely and quite enjoyable thing.

A change
But engaging in sex while clad becomes exciting when it’s something a couple hasn’t tried for a while. In some cases, it brings back those memories of the early sex days, and that adds a renewed touch of excitement. It may also allow a couple to fantasize that they are with one of their earlier lovers. (This doesn’t mean they regret sleeping with their current lover, but people may like to fantasize about a different person in their arms on occasion.)

But there also can just be something arousing about being with a person who is partially clad. For example, a man who sits down at the breakfast table wearing a shirt, tie and socks, but no pants or underwear or a woman who greets her lover at the door with bare breasts is presenting a very sexual image.

A little says a lot
There are any number of ways a person can present themselves in a partially clad manner. Men can simply enter a room with their fly down and their penis out. A woman may wear a blouse and thigh-high hose with no panties or skirt. Being bare but for socks, a hat or a scarf can add an extra sense of allurement to a situation.

Sometimes a couple may start out in a semi-clad manner but completely doff their clothes when they get into the actual sex act. But others find that keeping some clothing on while becoming intimate heightens the experience even more. There’s no right or wrong - only what helps get the couple excited.

Opting for a dress-up situation is one way to look for better sex, but a man also wants to make sure his penis is in proper shape for any kind of activity. Regularly applying a top drawer penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) can help maintain that precious health. Ideally, the selected crème will contain both acetyl L-carnitine and alpha lipoic acid. The former is an amino acid which helps protect against peripheral nerve damage from rough sex (which can be fun but can cause damage). The latter is a potent antioxidant that attacks the free radicals that can lead to aging, wrinkled penis skin. Alone, these two are bang-up ingredients; together, there’s a synergistic relationship that makes them even more effective.

Better Sex Requires Better Preparation

There are few things more enjoyable for a man than spending a productive and enlivening evening in bed with a person who equally enjoys spending their time with him. The pleasure their sexual union produces is perhaps what drives men to seek ways to achieve even better sex. They take pains to maintain their penis health at an appropriately respectable level, research arcane aphrodisiacal practices and jump into new positions at the drop of a hat. Yet sometimes what can help lead to better sex is some simple advance preparation - the steps that they take throughout the day that lead to shared time in bed.

Not just foreplay

While foreplay is certainly an important part of preparation for the sex act (and can help lead to better sex), what is being discussed here is something different. Men sometimes need to be reminded that sexual attraction isn’t relegated simply to the time two people are naked together. By demonstrating that he thinks of sex as a "longer game" involving more than just bodies rubbing against each other, a man can create a better sex situation for his partner - and for himself as well.

Start at breakfast

If sex is on a man’s mind for later in the day, he should start laying the groundwork in the morning. If he is living with his partner, he should schedule a little extra time so that he can do something special: make her favorite breakfast, compliment her on her figure as she gets dressed, take some time to kiss her lightly and caress her before leaving for work. If he lives apart from his partner, he should send her a playful text or email her a link to something he knows she’ll like.

Keep it up during the day

Without becoming annoying or stalkerish, a guy can let his bedmate know he’s thinking of her. A simple message saying "In five more hours, I’ll be lucky enough to be holding an angel" or something equally loving can lift her spirits.

Start before she walks in the door

Plan the evening in advance rather than leaving everything to the last minute. If she’s on a diet, find a menu that works well for her and still has some zest to it, and commit to fixing that for her. Even if take-out is the best option, be sure to make the dinner presentation something special: no eating from Styrofoam containers. Set a very nice table, with linen napkins and something better than the everyday dishes and glasses. Let her know she is special.

When she walks in, make sure there’s an appropriate mood. Spend time getting the lighting the way you want it, put on some relaxing music that she will like and definitely put away any socks and underwear that somehow ended up on the floor or the couch.

After dinner, offer to give her a nice, relaxing massage; if she likes certain scents, find a light body oil that boasts her favorite aroma. Don’t be in a hurry; really use the time to help her get nice and relaxed. Perhaps a cuddly two-person bath would be in order as well.

Also key: The man needs to make sure that, earlier in the day, he has placed fresh, clean, soft sheets on the bed. Few things are more of a turn-off than jumping into a bed whose sheets are stale, or worse, stench-drenched.

Prepare the penis as well

Preparation tips such as these can lead to better sex, as they demonstrate a level of caring and attention that moves beyond the mere physical mechanics of sex. Now a man needs to incorporate a superior penis health crème ( health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) into his daily care routine in order to keep his equipment healthy and receptive to better sex opportunities. Be sure the crème includes alpha lipoic acid, a potent antioxidant which deflects harm from free radicals and the resulting oxidative stress, leaving the penis healthier and younger looking. It should also include acetyl L carnitine, which reverse damage to penile cell mitochondria. These ingredients work synergistically, so if one crème contains both, they pack considerably more punch.

Want Better Sex? Keep It Light – Literally

Men will try all sorts of different things in the never-ending search for better sex (or "even better sex," as some would put it), and why not? A satisfying sex life has an impact on so many other areas of a man’s life, after all. Now it turns out that something as simple as turning on a light may be one path to better sex. Yes, part of a man’s penis care regimen may include getting a little sunshine (or a sunshine equivalent) to help keep his sex drive in gear.

Time of the season

It’s no secret that people - both men and women - are affected by different seasons. Some people feel happier at one time of year than another, as bodies react to changes in weather, temperature and light. Indeed, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) has been identified as a condition in which people feel down or depressed due to the lack of sunlight associated with the shorter days of winter.

See the light

Some scientists recently got together to explore what role a lack of light might have in the sex drives of men. Working at Italy’s University of Siena, they selected 38 men who were diagnosed with having hypoactive sexual desire disorder and/or sexual arousal disorder. In other words, these were men whose sex drives were operating below peak efficiency for them.

The men were divided into two groups. One of the groups received a half hour treatment of a light box which gave out an intense beam of light. The other received a half hour treatment of a much lesser light.

The guys that received the brighter light saw their sexual satisfaction scores increase by three times as much as before they received the treatment. In addition, their testosterone levels went up about 75%. (Testosterone is typically associated with a higher sex drive.)

Nature

People tend to get more sunshine in the longer days of the warmer months than in the shorter days of the winter months - and numerous tests have shown that men’s testosterone levels are higher during these times. So the study is just confirming what Nature has already been telling us - that sunlight is a good way to get better sex. With that in mind, here are some things men may want to do to get more light.

- Take a walk during lunch. If a man has a job that gives him the option, he should make a habit of going for a walk outdoors at lunch, especially on a nice, sunny day.

- Be a sport. Playing golf, tennis, football, croquet - anything that can be done outdoors - can help keep the body exposed to more light.

- Do yardwork. Raking leaves or trimming hedges will make the old homestead look neater and give those testosterone levels a chance to benefit from the sunshine at the same time.

- Use a lamp. High intensity lamps are another way to soak up some artificial sun. But use with caution: some doctors believe overexposure to artificial intense light can be damaging.

Clearly, light alone is not enough to guarantee better sex. It also helps to bone up on positions, techniques, etc. And it’s best to regularly use a top-notch penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) to make sure the manhood is in its best overall health. When searching for the appropriate crème, be sure it contains both alpha lipoic acid and acetyl L carnitine. Alpha lipoic acid is a potent antioxidant that strikes down free radicals, thereby protecting delicate penis skin from harmful oxidative stress. Acetyl L carnitine is a neuroprotective ingredient that fights peripheral nerve damage to keep penile sensation at the primed level men desire. The two ingredients behave synergistically, so combining both in one crème gives each additional impact.

For Better Sex, Change the Setting

Sex in the bedroom. There’s nothing like it, but wouldn’t a new setting make for a nice change - and perhaps some better sex as well? Healthy men who take appropriate penis health measures are often anxious to explore new sexual avenues, and finding intriguing places in which to couple can be one of the most rewarding paths to better sex, especially for partners who have been together for a substantial period of time.

Set the setting
A "new setting" can mean different things to different people. While a whole new location can be nice, sometimes a person can find better sex simply by making a few alterations.

Let’s start with the bedroom. There are easy ways to take this traditional lovemaking location and change it into a new setting. For example, lying on some sleek satin sheets can alter the sexual experience. Add mood lighting (whether candles or a red light), softly inviting music, and a little aromatherapy. And just like that, what was once an ordinary bedroom has become a pleasure palace.

Stay close
A new setting may also simply mean a new location in the same home. If the bedroom has seen more than its share of action, why not see just how comfortable that living room sofa is - or that living room rug in front of the fireplace?

The bathroom can be a great place for sex, especially if the tub or shower is spacious enough for two. And indulging in a little coupling while preparing dinner makes the kitchen a place that can satisfy quite a variety of appetites.

Go out
But for many, a new setting means something in a location far outside the boundaries of home. There are some tried-and-true options that most people can easily manage - in the car or in a lovely hotel room. (Talk about outstanding room service!)

Those who want something more adventurous have plenty of options. The following are just a few to consider:

- In the wild. Outdoor sex can be a mind-blowing experience. Making love in a forest or a field of tall grass can bring out the wild side and most animalistic impulses. Of course, it’s important to do this someplace truly secluded; otherwise, consider compromising by making out in a tent instead.

- At the movies. Again, caution needs to be exercised, for public sex is a legal no-no. But if the theatre is fairly deserted and seats in a secluded corner can be found, a lot of fun can be had. Intercourse? Not very likely, but there can be an opportunity for some significant manual stimulation of each other.

- Behind a waterfall. Again, it’s important not to get caught - and also not to slip and fall! But a large enough waterfall can provide a protective curtain for a quickie. As a bonus, getting equipment out of a swimsuit is easier than removing trousers or skirts.

- Rolling in the hay. Have access to an active barn? Going for a literal roll in the hay may be a little scratchy, but it can really get the engines revved up - for both partners.

Good penis health means better sex

Of course, setting is not the only factor in having better sex. For guys, it’s important that the member is good and healthy, so daily application of a superior penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) should be part of every man’s health routine. Since blood flow is crucial to proper penile functioning, it’s best to select a crème that contains L-arginine. Why? Because this amino acid is part of the process that encourages proper dilation of penile blood vessels, thus allowing blood to flow more easily into the penis when the signal is sent. A suitable crème should also contain vitamin C, a key component of collagen, which is beneficial to penile erections. With a good penis health crème, a man is more likely to be set for new adventures in new settings.

Better Sex Requires Attentiveness

Men hop into the sack all ready for some mind blowing fun for both parties, and so guys tend to be interested in things that can ensure even better sex for them and their partners. That’s one reason guys do things like exercise or engage in careful penis care - because they know it can have a payoff in bed. But sometimes men need to think a little outside the box in their quest for better sex and consider a more abstract quality that can help: attentiveness.

As has been well documented, sexual satisfaction is not solely derived from the physical aspects of the act - and this seems to be even more the case for women than for men. That’s not to say that women are indifferent to the pleasures of a man who knows how to utilize his physical gifts, or that men never want anything out of sex other than the opportunity to thrust manfully into a waiting receptacle. But it does mean that, to varying degrees for different individuals, a woman will have better sex if there’s more to it than the penetrative act - and so will most men.

Attentiveness

This is where the concept of attentiveness can come into play. In this instance, attentiveness refers to a man taking the time to really consider the kinds of things beyond his own physical endowment that might give pleasure to his female partner.

Some of these are fairly obvious. For example, everyone is familiar with the importance of foreplay and how its proper use can lead to better sex for participants. And most men recognize that if they reach orgasm prior to their partner, it’s ungallant - to say the least - to simply roll off and go to sleep rather than helping their mate achieve her own climax.

But the man interested in sex that goes beyond the mere physical wants to take attentiveness to a higher level. This requires taking the time to think about the person who will be entering his bed and considering what might make the total sexual experience more personally satisfying.

Relaxation

For example, men tend to like to get all revved up for sex, but not all women feel the same way. They often become more receptive when they’re in a relaxed state, especially after a stressful day at work. Fixing dinner for a mate and greeting her with a glass of her favorite wine can demonstrate a man is thinking about her and helping her to relax. Throwing in some of her favorite soft music can also help - and it’s the rare woman (or man) who says no to an expert massage at the end of a long day.

Be touchy

Some guys like to get their hands all over their mate, but only on the way to or when already in bed. Instead, more men should stroke their mate’s hand while talking over dinner or give occasional "for no reason" kisses.

Share the lead

Unless it’s clearly established that she prefers to be led, a man should allow his mate to take the lead on sexual matters - or to be open to "fluidity," where the one who is leading changes from moment to moment.

Compliment appropriately

Flattery is meaningless, but sincere compliments are golden (and not just to women). A partner will feel a richer closeness when the man she is with notices aspects about her that he values and shares his appreciation of them.

Practicing proper attentiveness increases intimacy and leads to better sex for both partners. A man should also be attentive to his own needs, including the health of his penis. Selecting a first rate penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) for daily use can be a significant aid in that department. The best crème will contain acetyl L carnitine, a neuroprotective ingredient that fights peripheral nerve damage and thereby protects against a loss of sensation from a roughly-used penis. Vitamin A should also be part of the crème, as this vitamin’s antibacterial properties ward off unwanted penis odor - a common but unvoiced complaint of women.

Want Better Sex? Practice These Yoga Positions

Many men maintain their penis health as a means of ensuring better sex for themselves and their partners, and it is undeniably true that a healthy penis is better positioned to create satisfying sexual activities. However, focusing solely on the manhood is not enough. To achieve the goal of better sex, a man’s entire body should be in good health. One way to help maintain overall health while at the same time working toward improving one’s sexual health is to regularly practice yoga.

Yoga has become huge in Western society in recent years, and while more women than men still practice it, the proportion of male yoga enthusiasts has risen steadily. And why not? Yoga is excellent exercise that also can help to release tension and stress, while at the same time helping to keep blood flowing throughout the body. All of that adds up to making a man more sex-ready in general.

Positions
While any yoga course can be beneficial for a man, those seeking to include yoga as part of their "better sex search" may want to focus on such positions as these:

- Cobra. The cobra pose is one of the most popular in yoga and almost certain to be included in any basic yoga class. For this position, a person lies face down on the floor, with the hands spread by the shoulder. While inhaling, he straightens the arms, lifting the torso up off the floor and stretching upward. If possible, a man may want to stretch his neck upward as well. After holding the pose 15-30 seconds, he returns to lying down. The cobra works the lower back and the arms (making it good exercise for the Missionary and other positions), but also helps strengthen breathing control.

- Butterfly. Sit on the floor, bend the knees and bring the soles of the feet together and as close to the midsection as possible without pain. Keeping the back straight, try to press the knees closer to the floor. This provides a good stretch for the crotch; it is also believed in tantric circles to open sexual channels in the male.

- Horse. Standing with knees apart (heels just slightly wider than knees), bend the knees while keeping the back straight. Keep the back straight and don’t lean forward. The horse strengthens the legs and aids in balance. It also focuses attention on hip flexibility, which is crucial for thrusting purposes during intercourse.

- Crescent Moon. Stand straight with feet together, arms extended above head with hands together as if praying. Bend slowly to one side, return to center, bend to the other side, and return again to center. Crescent moon helps keep sides limber but it also contributes again to hip flexibility.

- Bridge. Another very popular pose, the bridge involves lying flat on the back, arms by the side. Bend the knees, bringing feet close to the posterior. Lift the torso while pressing down on the feet, raising the hips into the air. Hold for 30 seconds and the return the hips and torso to the floor. The bridge is especially helpful for "woman on top" sexual positions, as it allows the man to contribute some movement that can create new angles of penetration.

Yuga can be an excellent part of a man’s better sex program; such a comprehensive approach should also include the regular use of a superior penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) to keep the member in prime condition (and therefore more likely to be a fervent participant in any sexual encounters that come its way). Many men find that, as they become more experienced, they encounter a diminution of sensitivity in their penis, often due to rough sex or overuse. These men need a crème with acetyl L carnitine, a neuroprotective ingredient that helps protect against the peripheral nerve damage that results in loss of penile sensation. They’ll get even better results if the crème also contains alpha lipoic acid, a potent antioxidant that performs synergistically with acetyl L-carnitine. Alpha lipoic acid helps offset oxidative damage to penis skin cells, leaving the penis looking healthier and more vibrant.

Better Sex for Men: Are Multiple Orgasms Possible?

The subject of multiple orgasms in women frequently arises, and many is the man who has felt that he could have even better sex if only he also had that capability. (Of course, many men also generally have an easier time reaching a single orgasm than many women, which definitely is an advantage for guys.) But are multiple orgasms truly something that only women can ever achieve? And what kind of penis care is needed to make them possible?

Research

Why is this subject even being brought up? Well, because back in April of 2016, a paper appeared in the medical journal "Sexual Medicine Reviews" that focuses on this very topic. Entitled "Multiple Orgasms in Men - What We Know So Far," the study in this peer-reviewed journal is what is known as a "literature review" - that is, the scientists look at what papers have already been published on this subject in peer-reviewed journals and synthesize the information available.

Not surprisingly, there has not been a lot of scientific research in the area of male multiple orgasms. The authors of the paper were able to locate only 15 relevant studies for their review.

How common?

Interestingly, however, the studies that exist indicate that, while uncommon, male multiple orgasms may not be quite as rare as one might think. The authors of the study estimate that less than 10% of men in their twenties and less than 7% of men aged 30 or older have ever experienced multiple orgasms.

The researchers identified two kinds of male multiple orgasms:

- Sporadic multi-orgasms, in which a man experienced multiple orgasms that were several minutes apart, and

- Condensed multi-orgasms, in which a man experienced 2-4 orgasms within a period of a few seconds to two minutes.

In most cases, the first orgasm is ejaculatory but the subsequent orgasms are "dry," i.e., not accompanied by ejaculation.

What causes them?

As mentioned, there isn’t a great deal of data, so determining why some men may sometimes be capable of multiple orgasms is difficult if not impossible at this point.

That said, the studies do seem to indicate that a hormone called prolactin may be part of the reason that some men are multi-orgasmic. Prolactin, which is also called luteotropin, comes from the pituitary gland and is more commonly known for the role it plays in enabling female mammals to produce milk. But both sexes produce prolactin, and it turns out that after an orgasm, a man’s prolactin levels typically rise dramatically.

So one theory is that men who have the ability to experience multiple orgasms may produce less prolactin after their first orgasm.

Future studies

Whether prolactin can definitively be determined to play a major role in male multiple orgasms will depend on whether further studies will be conducted. Even if they are conducted and determine a definite link, it may be difficult to develop prolactin treatments that can safely be used simply to provide men with the chance to orgasm multiple times. But if such a therapy becomes available, this may result in some soreness from men who continue to have sex past the initial single orgasm.

Slight soreness, of course, can be dealt with and would be a small price for some men to pay for multiple orgasms and the possibly even better sex that might produce. But whether singly or multiple orgasming, men definitely need to apply a first rare penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) daily to help maintain an adequate level of penis health. Frequent, rough or over-extended sex often results in de-sensitization of the penis, which has a negative effect on orgasmic pleasure. Using a crème with neuroprotective acetyl L carnitine can aid in treating the peripheral nerve damage that causes loss of sensation. The healthy man wants the crème to also contain vitamin C, for its role in collagen production and penile skin elasticity that is useful in erections.

Want Better Sex? Do More Chores

Most of the time, when men are pondering ways that they can have better sex, they focus on details like their skill, stamina, positioning, penis health or penis size. There’s no denying that these are all factors that can come into play; but a new study suggests that, for guys who are cohabitating with a partner, there’s another factor that’s important. What is it? Doing a fair share of the chores!

The study
It’s true: a recent study for the Council on Contemporary Families (CCF) found that how equitably the household chores are split between a couple impacts how much sex the couple has. Dr. Sharon Sassler of Cornell University authored the paper, which turns 1950s-era thinking on its head.

Earlier studies had suggested that the traditional model, in which a man is the breadwinner and a woman is responsible for the home, was the one which promised the greatest sexual satisfaction among couples. Even in more recent years, it was theorized that fulfilling these traditional role models was, consciously or subconsciously, a sexual turn-on for many domestic partners.

Dr. Sassler’s report indicates that this is no longer the case. As she writes, "the association between a non-traditional division of labor at home and couples’ sexual satisfaction and frequency has changed dramatically over the past two decades." Assuming that frequency of encounters in some way equates to a better sex life, couples who share household duties are sexually more satisfied. The data indicate that those couples in which the man does between one-third and 64% of the chores have significantly more sex than couples where either party performs 65% or more of the work.

As a matter of fact, couples who are sharing the work are the only segment studied who have seen an increase in how often they have sex. The other segments studied have all seen a decline. In addition, general sexual frequency worldwide has been reported to decrease - making the increase in sex for the sharing couples segment to be that much more interesting.

More than the dishes
What is being looked at here is more than just couples washing and drying the dishes together. Rather, the sharing of duties reflects an outlook on and experience of their relationship which mirrors mutual respect and admiration, a feeling in each of the partners that the other is of similar worth. When a couple feels more in sync in this way, they are more likely to have better sex - and to have it more frequently, too.

This equality of responsibility goes beyond making the beds and running the vacuum cleaner. In today’s two-career households, taking equal responsibility for tending to and raising the children is also high on the list of factors which influence the frequency and quality of the sex involved.

Of course, if doing the chores helps lead to better sex, it helps if a man is well prepared for that increased frequency of activity. Beyond staying generally healthy, such a man wants to make sure his penis is in prime condition and for that the regular use of an excellent penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) is strongly advised. Physical activity requires strong oxygenation, which in turn demands that the blood vessels remain open and flowing - and this is especially true for the blood vessels in the penis. Using a crème that includes L-arginine, which helps vessels to relax, helps a man step up in this area. Even better is if the crème also contains vitamin C for topical application. Vitamin C also plays a big role in keeping blood vessels open, and its ability to help produce collagen aids penile tissue firmness as well.

Want Better Sex? Try a Diet

The world is filled with randy men in search of better sex, and many come up with creative ways to achieve this goal. But for a large number of them, a simple change in the diet may be the key to seeing an improvement in between-the-sheets action. Men already know that penis health can be impacted by overall body health; now a study indicates that that spare tire or those love handles may be getting in the way of that better sex so many desire.

What is this study?

Entitled "Effect of Calorie Restriction on Mood, Quality of Life, Sleep, and Sexual Function in Healthy Nonobese Adults: The CALERIE 2 Randomized Clinical Trial," the new study was recently published in JAMA Internal Medicine (published by the American Medical Association). This study looked at 218 people (both men and women) with an average age of 37.9 years. All of the subjects had a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 22 and 28. (A "normal" BMI is usually considered to be 18.5 to 24.9; 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight but not yet obese.)

The scientists divided the subjects into two groups. One group was instructed to eat or drink whatever they wanted. The second group was put on a diet that reduced their calorie intake by 25% for two years.

Not surprisingly, the group on the diet ended up losing a considerable amount of weight over two years - about 12% on average. Also not surprisingly, the "diet" group reported that they had an improvement in their health. They were sleeping better, had a better mood, felt livelier and rated their overall general health as having taken a positive step.

They also reported that they were having better sex. Their sexual drive and their sexual relationships improved in a statistically significant manner.

Why better sex?

It’s not surprising that the group that lost weight experienced a positive impact on their sex lives. In the first place, they were feeling better rested and proper sleep has long been associated with renewed vigor in the bedroom.

The participants also reported that their mood has improved. This also has a direct impact on one’s sex life. In general, most people who are feeling sad, anxious, tense, depressed or other "negative" moods may be less inclined to engage in sex or may find it less fulfilling than those who are cheerful, calm or relaxed. In addition, people often find themselves "sexier" when they are in shape, which can have the psychological effect of encouraging them to seek out sex more frequently or feel more confident in their sexual escapades.

And for men, shedding those pounds around the penis can often uncover" a portion of the organ that had been hidden under the flab - giving the illusion that the penis has gotten bigger. And it’s no secret how a bigger penis tends to make a man feel about his sexual prowess.

The lesson? Guys who want better sex may want to take a look at their diet and see if alterations can make them healthier and livelier.

Of course, guys who diet in order to enjoy better sex also want to make sure that their basic equipment is in proper order to enjoy the task. Regular application of a top flight penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) can be a big help here. That penis can be shown off to even better effect if it benefits from a crème with Shea butter and vitamin E, two natural hydrators that can soothe and rejuvenate the skin. This combination of moisturizers is especially good for the penis that tends to be dry or chafed. It’s even better if the crème also includes vitamin D, the "miracle" vitamin that enables cell functionality and helps fight disease. Daily use of such a crème helps a guy present a package that looks healthy and appealing.

Have Better Sex by Working the Orgasm

Even when a man has mind-blowing intercourse, he’s always interested in how to have better sex. After all, an orgasm is one of the most pleasurable experiences a man can encounter. But sometimes, a guy needs to take some time and make an effort to find that heightened experience - and working that orgasm is one way to go about it. Assuming a male is practicing appropriate penis care, he should be in good shape to try extending or enhancing his release through a number of basic techniques.

What is meant by working the orgasm? Basically, it means focusing on factors that can directly affect the ejaculatory experience for a man. There are many, many issues that indirectly impact the orgasm, such as one’s feelings about sex or the relationship with the person with whom one is intimate; or one’s mindset when engaging in sexual activity. But for this article, the focus is on much more physical, tangible factors.

With that in mind, these are a few things for a guy to try:

- Go solo. Guys like to masturbate. Period. The rate at which men masturbate varies from one individual to another, but most men enjoy masturbation on what they would consider a regular basis. And that’s a good thing. Masturbation is an excellent way to explore one’s penis and find out exactly what feels good. And what feels great. And what feels unbelievable. So men need to pay some attention to what exactly they do to themselves in bed (or in front of the computer) so that they can transfer that knowledge to shared experiences with a partner. A guy can try different strokes, timings, intensities, etc. out on himself and then share that knowledge with his partner for a more intense climax.

- Keep the air flowing. Proper breath control is important in many areas, such as athletics and exercise. Well, sex is an athletic exercise par excellence. While it’s hard to keep one’s mind on breathing while in the middle of a sexual romp, guys should try to be aware of their breathing when they get to the release. Many people who have been panting heavily up to that point suddenly stop and hold their breath when they feel the big moment coming. But many men report that their experience is even more intense when they DON’T do that - when they "breathe through" the orgasm instead.

- Toy with it. Although the use of sex toys has become much more accepted in recent years, many men still feel hesitant to explore this option. This largely comes from a feeling that a guy should be "man enough" on his own and shouldn’t need "artificial" assistance. But sex toys can add a new layer to one’s experience, especially if in a long-term relationship which may have become a tad too "comfortable." Penis rings can be an excellent and easy way to add something new to the game and can provide an enhanced ejaculatory experience. Prostate massagers are also an increasingly popular option that many men find adds considerably to their orgasmic intensity.

Of course, better sex and working the orgasm will be easier to come by if a man’s equipment is in good health - and that’s something many men tend to ignore. Every man should regularly apply a top drawer penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) to his member to help it maintain an appropriate healthy status. Men who use their penis a lot (either alone or with others) may find it becomes de-sensitized from use over time. So employing a crème that includes a neuroprotective ingredient like acetyl L carnitine is essential for proper care. He’ll get even better results if the crème also contacts alpha lipoic acid, a powerful antioxidant that helps prevent premature penile cell aging and a resulting "wrinkled" look. Acetyl L carnitine and alpha lipoic acid are synergistic, so the combination of these is a one-two punch.

Better Sex during Cold Winter Months

With winter weather comes the deep freeze outdoors - and sometimes it gets a little frosty indoors, too, at least where the sex is concerned. However, it is quite possible to have better sex in the winter, even when the frigid air outside seems daunting. Men who are experts at maintaining their penis health can put their favorite organ to good use with just a little extra winter preparation.

Fight winter down-time.

Some animals hibernate during the winter. Humans don’t, but it’s natural for our systems to "shut down" a little during the cold time, and that includes the libido. Still, with just a little stoking, the sexual fires can flare up again.

Speaking of fire…

One good way to get a partner in a romantic mood is by starting a roaring fire in the fireplace. If a guy doesn’t have a fireplace in his own home, it’s worth finding a cozy bed & breakfast with this bonus in their rooms. Fires rekindle romance and there’s nothing quite like snuggling underneath a quilt in front of a fire to pave the way for some better sex action in a relatively short time.

Candles are good, too.

If a fireplace isn’t available (or even if one is), try scented candles. These also set a romantic mood that many women find quite arousing.

Get handy.

A sensual massage is welcome at any time, but especially during the winter - and especially if it comes accompanied by warmed oils. The feel on the skin of massage oil that has been warmed up tends to both relax a person and get their motor revved up at the same time - and it feels especially wonderful when the weather is frosty. The important thing to remember is that the oil should be warm, not hot; try putting a fresh, unopened container of massage oil in a bowl of hot water. Leave it there for about three minutes, just long enough for it to have absorbed a little warmth.

Prepare a summer playlist.

Christmas carols are nice at the right time, but for getting warmed up during the winter, try setting the mood with songs that have a definite summer or hot weather theme to them. Anything that evokes warm weather and sensual feelings of basking in the sun can help to keep the cold air away from the bedroom.

Take a dip.

A lovely, relaxing warm bath can get a person in the mood for sex. The attentive male partner will take care of drawing the bath for his lady love, supplying bubble bath or scented bath oils, and rubbing her body gently and carefully with a loofah. And if she invites him to join her in the tub, so much the better.

Go camping indoors.

Winter can be the perfect time to go camping - in one’s own bedroom or living room. Don’t bother with a tent; simply get out the sleeping bag. This is the time to see if two people can fit comfortably in one bag and how far it can get zipped up. No sleeping bag? Improvise with some flannel blankets instead.

As is often the case, the real key to better sex during the winter is to simply be creative and committed. Men also want to make sure their members are in prime health, so regularly using a top-drawer penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) should be part of their routine. Of special importance is selecting a crème with L-arginine, an enzyme which helps boost production of nitric oxide. This in turn enables blood vessels in the penis to be more relaxed and accepting of the all-important blood flow to the area. Also essential: a crème with vitamin C, due to the role that vitamin plays in collagen production and penile tissue firmness.

Better Sex through Yoga

In recent years, yoga has become an increasingly familiar activity for many men and woman in the west. It’s an excellent way to relieve stress and stay in shape - and can also lead to better sex for many participants. Combining a yoga routine with regular, sensible penis care is a good way to keep the body fit and in shape for activities both sexual and non-sexual.

The connection

How might yoga provide a pathway to better sex? There are a number of ways, actually. First, yoga is simply good exercise and the more fit a man is in general, the more likely he is to be performing optimally in bed. In addition, yoga is an ideal way to help manage the stress in a person’s life. The various poses and techniques involved in yoga aim at centering a person and releasing tension. When stress and tension are low, it’s much easier for a man to feel properly attuned to his sexual impulses.
But there’s still more. The activity involved in yoga is good for increasing blood flow, including blood flow to the penis; this promotes healthy erectile function. Also, one of the core components of yoga is proper breathing. The yoga breathing techniques have been shown to release chemicals that are also engaged when one’s sex drive is heightened.

Finally, long-term yoga practice is also associated with boosted levels of testosterone. So guys interested in better sex, get out those yoga mats!

Activities

Regular participation in yoga classes is the best way to gain benefits; however, there are also some "quick fix" techniques that a man may want to use to supplement the classes. Engaging in these activities shortly before sex may prepare the body in a more felicitous manner for the upcoming activity.

- Breathing. As mentioned above, proper breathing can have a salutary effect on a guy. Oxygenation is important for sexual performance, so the more efficiently one breathes, the better. After spending a few moments doing regular deep breathing, try moving on to fast breathing. Inhale deeply through the mouth, then exhale through the nose; however, don’t exhale in one long sustained breath but in a series of short, sharp ones. Do this by contracting the diaphragm as exhaling. Many men find this method increases their sexual energy.

- Chair pose. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart and arms raised. Lean forward at a 45 degree angle. Bend the knees as if sitting in a chair. Tuck the tailbone in and sit a little lower. Hold the pose, then release and return to standing. This pose exercises the pelvis in a manner similar to doing kegels.

- Cobra pose. Lie face down on the floor. Place hands flat on the floor beside the ribs, then use back and stomach muscles to raise the upper body, pressing the pelvis down into the floor. The cobra helps to provide a stretch to the genitals while pumping blood to the area and increasing circulation to the penis.

Practicing yoga is part of a comprehensive plan for better sex and health. Help to boost the overall health of the manhood through the regular application of a first-class penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil). Yoga helps with blood flow to the penis, and a crème that includes L-arginine can provide even more assistance in this area. L-arginine is an ingredient that boosts the production of nitric oxide, which in turn helps to keep penile blood vessels open and receptive to increased blood flow. In addition, a crème that contains vitamin C is essential. This vitamin also boosts circulation and is key for collagen production. Using Man1 Man Oil helps to complement the health gains from regular yoga practice.

Better Sex with Humming, and Other Oral Tricks

For some men, any kind of oral sex is a good thing. But most men are also happy to explore ways of elevating good sex to even better sex - which is where humming and other tricks and techniques can come in handy. A man should practice good penis care and therefore display a penis that is visibly healthy and more inviting to the person performing oral sex - and as the act progresses, he may suggest that his partner try out a few of the following ideas.

Humming

Many people hum absent-mindedly while they are going about their chores. Adding a little humming to oral sex can have very pleasurable results for a man.

There’s no real trick to it. All the person performing the oral gratification needs to do is simply hum as h or she goes. The act of humming produces a light, constant vibration in the throat which is transferred to the engulfed organ. It sounds simple, but the vibrating produces an intense feeling in the member.

Different notes produce different intensities of vibration, so a person may want to experiment to see what works best. Varying the notes, or stopping and starting humming, can be an excellent way to provide sensual variety for the man on the receiving end.

Vibrate.

Since vibrations can be so handy in making good oral sex into better sex, some couples may want to add an actual vibrator. The advantage that a hand held vibrator can have over humming is that the mouth can be in one area while the vibrator is a different one, providing double the pleasure for the lucky man.

Whistle while you work.

Oral gratification for a man can be enhanced if his partner engages in a little whistling as well. There are two ways that whistling can be an additive pleasure in these instances.

In the first instance, the partner doesn’t actually produce a whistling sound. Rather, while the organ is in the mouth, the partner blows in the same manner one would if one were whistling. The rush of air in the enclosed space creates a distinctive tingling sensation.

In the second, the partner holds the member in his or her hands and does not take the manhood into the mouth. Rather, he or she whistles all along the penis, paying particular attention to the glans and to the sensitive area on the underside of the glans. This can be especially arousing to a man.

Ice cream cone enjoyment.

Treating the penis like an ice cream cone makes some men delirious with joy. Running one’s tongue all up, down and around the shaft and glans stimulates the organ in a way which many find impossible to resist.

Getting cold.

Sex of any kind produces a certain amount of heat, as all that activity burns up calories. The erect penis is especially hot - and so adding an element of coldness for contrast makes many men go wild.
The trick is to make it cold but not so cold as to provoke a "run and hide" response from the organ. Perhaps the best way to achieve this is to keep an ice cube or a glass of cold water nearby. The partner should take a sip of water or suck on the ice for a moment, then put the mouth on the penis. It should be just cold enough to provoke a pleasurable reaction without killing the mood.

A man will be more likely to enjoy better sex in oral terms, whether through humming or other means, if his member looks healthy. Using a quality penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) on a regular basis can help. A crème loaded with Shea butter and vitamin E, two potent hydrators, can help to alleviate dry skin issues and rashes that make a member look less appealing. A crème with vitamin A can also help eliminate unwanted odor that makes oral activity difficult, and one with a powerful antioxidant like alpha lipoic acid helps keep penis skin looking young and healthy. And that makes better sex much more likely.
