Can Veganism Improve a Man’s Sex Life?

Veganism is not a new thing, but what is new is more and more men embracing what was once considered a fad and what now is a popular eating choice. In addition to reducing a man’s footprint and improving his overall health, there is a surprising, not-so-new claim that a vegan diet can result in a better sex life. So, wait. Cutting out all animal products, from steak to cheese to eggs can manifest a bigger, better intimate life? According to PETA (who may be a bit biased on this front), male celebrities like James Cameron, and a new Netflix documentary, it may be the case. Let’s see if it’s all a bunch of malarkey or if you should make a late-night trip to Whole Foods for some vegan penis superfoods.

What Is Vegan, Exactly?

Let’s start by establishing what a vegan diet restricts - all animal products and by-products. That means more than just animal flesh, which is commonly the only restriction for vegetarians. Say adios to milk, cheese, yogurt, gelatin, eggs, and any other product made by or consisting of an animal. Honey is the only thing up for debate; hard-core vegans believe it counts, while others think that’s being maybe a little too picky.

The Diet-Dick Connection

Okay, so there may be some truth to the claim, strictly from an erectile standpoint. A crap diet will oftentimes yield a crap D. Any kind of diet that constricts blood flow, like eating highly processed, inflammation-causing foods or foods that increase cholesterol, and yes, that does include animal products, can have a negative impact on the penis. However, a vegan diet is not the only way to eat healthily; in fact, some vegan diets are full of processed substitute meats, milks, and cheeses that actually increase inflammation. Add too many processed carbohydrates and sugar and insulin skyrockets and weight gain and Type 2 diabetes may not be far behind, both of which can lead to erectile dysfunction.

So sorry, veganism in and of itself isn’t a magic solution for overall health and penis health. The right kind of vegan diet can be, but so can a properly constructed omnivore-centric diet, too.

Penis Superfoods: What to Eat

So just going vegan is not the answer. However, by adding certain foods to your diet (and limiting some of the not-so-great ones), you can get a bigger bang for your nutritional buck in the downstairs department. Here’s a list of penis superfoods to be sure are fully stocked in your kitchen:

- Spinach and other leafy greens: Just ask Olive Oyl, spinach didn’t just make Popeye’s visible muscles big! Spinach has tons of magnesium, which helps dilate the blood vessels. It also contains high amounts of folate, which lowers homocysteine levels, a nasty substance that aggravates artery linings and promotes plaque buildup. It also boosts testosterone. There’s a reason why you need several servings each day!

- Natural sources of vitamin C: Add oranges, grapefruit, and peaches to your diet to boost sperm count and motility. Try to get 1000 mg or more daily.

- Avocados: Not only is it a good fat, but it also boosts libido thanks to its high zinc content (so much so that the Aztecs called avocado trees "testicle trees"). The vitamin E in them also improve sperm quality.

- Oatmeal (and other whole grains): You’ll never look at Wilford Brimley the same again after this. Oatmeal has a one-two punch below the belt: first, it boosts testosterone, which ups libido; and second, it’s packed with L-arginine, an amino acid that works with nitric oxide to relax the blood vessels around the penile muscles, letting blood flow free and easy, resulting in a rock-solid erection.

In addition to getting your penis-promoting nutrients via diet, also infuse some more of that good natural supplementation with a specially formulated penis health oil ( health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which has been clinically proven safe and mild for skin) daily. It includes vitamin C and L-arginine, as listed above, as well as vitamins A, B, D, and E and antioxidants all rolled up in a nurturing shea butter base. It’s a key step every man should integrate into his daily self-care regimen.

Penis Rash After Sex: Some Likely Culprits

First impressions are incredibly important, and by and large, first impressions are primarily physical impressions. That’s certainly true when a man is for the first time unveiling for a partner his proud penis, and no matter the size, the shape or the liveliness apparent in that penis, the first impression is likely to be negatively impacted if a penis rash is prominently displayed. And for that matter, any time the penis is presented to a partner - even one who has already seen it numerous times - the presence of a penis rash is going to cause some comment. Interestingly, sometimes a penis rash occurs soon after sex, and this can be a legitimate reason for a man and his partner to wonder if that rash signifies an unwelcome penis health issue.

So suppose a man does develop a penis rash an hour or a day or so after having sex. What might this mean?

- It’s all a coincidence. The fact is, the appearance of a rash may have everything to do with having had sex - or it may have absolutely nothing to do with it. Perhaps this is an allergic reaction to that stew you ate that, unknown to you, contained some of that shellfish you’re allergic to. Perhaps it’s a reaction to that new laundry detergent or that new soap. Maybe deciding to go commando while wearing scratchy wool pants was not a good idea. At any rate, even if a penis rash pops out in a way that seems to connect it to sex - that isn’t always the case.

- Yeah, it’s an STI. Okay, the after sex penis rash cause that everyone wants to avoid can indeed be a reality. Some sexually transmitted infections (STIs) may present with penis rash as a symptom. Syphilis, chancroid and herpes are the STIs most often associated with a penis rash, although it’s important to remember that not everyone who comes down with an STI exhibits symptoms. There also can be variability in how long after sexual contact a rash may appear. Bottom line: If it’s possible the rash may be an STI, check it out with a doctor.

- Or another sexually-transmitted issue. So maybe rather than an STI, it’s something like scabies or public lice. These annoying buggers can cause a mighty itch as well as a rash and can be a pain to get rid of. Again, check with a doctor if these seem likely causes of that unsightly rash.

- Reaction to latex. Sometimes a man may have a latex allergy which could result in a penis rash after using a condom. And some sex toys are made of latex or of other materials that in some cases might provoke an allergic reaction. There are non-latex condoms made for men with an allergy, and sex toys come in many different kinds of materials. (It’s also important that any sex toy be washed properly after use; otherwise, bacteria might grow on it which could be responsible for the new penis rash.)

- Yeast. Yeast infections are common in women and while they are less common in men, having unprotected sex with a woman whose vagina has a yeast infection can indeed result in a penile yeast infection - and an accompanying rash.

Many of the symptoms of penis rash, whether after sex or not, respond to regular use of a first rate penis health oil (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). Men should be certain to check the oil’s label to see if it includes L-carnitine and arginine. For optimum results, select an oil which contains both a high end emollient (such as shea butter) and a natural hydrator (such as vitamin E) to moisturize the penis skin and help soothe itching and flakiness. The oil should also contain vitamin B5 (aka pantothenic acid), a vital nutrient that is required for cell metabolism and the maintenance of healthy tissue.

A Stalled Sex Life Could Be Bad for Your Health – Get The Passion Back with These Tips!

There are so many things that can stall out a man’s sex life like an old jalopy on an LA highway. There are work and kids and breakups and in-laws and home repairs, and…the list goes on. Not only is it sucking the joy of sex out of your life, but it’s also affecting your health. Let’s talk about some issues that can arise from a dry spell and how to get the fire back in your bed.

You’re more prone to colds and the flu

Fewer tumbles in the sheets mean less of immunoglobulin A (IgA). IgA is the body’s first line of defense against invading viruses. According to a recent study out of Wilkes-Barre University, having sex just once or twice each week can boost IgA by 30 percent! Save your sniffles and get to bumpin’ uglies.

Anxiety increases

Sex is one of the best ways to destress and blow off steam. The brain releases pleasure chemicals like endorphins and oxytocin, which relaxes even the most savage soul. It also helped with stress-inducing situations like public speaking. There you go - the next time you have to address the boardroom, squeeze in a quickie beforehand.

Relationship insecurities start to rear their ugly head

Lack of sex not only makes a man unhappy, but he can start to doubt his partner’s interest and commitment. This can cause anger, low self-esteem, anxiety, and breakups.

Prostate cancer risk rises

A recent study showed that men who ejaculate no less than 21 times each month experienced a 20 percent reduction in risk for prostate cancer.

Erectile dysfunction risk increases

It’s a use it or lose it situation. No, it won’t fall off, but men who don’t have sex all that often are twice as likely to get erectile dysfunction as men who do the wild thing once a week or more. The penis is a muscle, after all.

How to Make Sex a Priority

1. Do you know people that schedule sex, and you think, "Well, that doesn’t sound like fun." On the contrary, these are people who are making sure they get it on. One thing though, don’t use the words "plan" or "schedule" since it makes it sound like sex is a chore like washing the dishes or cleaning the shower. Instead, extend an invitation to your partner like, "After dinner tonight, let’s have some dessert…in the bedroom."

2. Pay attention to your partner. How do affairs usually start? Overwhelmingly because partners don’t pay attention to each other, and someone else does. Have a mandatory time that cell phones and screens get turned off each day to make sure you’re connecting. You’ll probably see an increase in intimacy.

3. Commit to being sexual with your partner. It’s what separates you from being just a friend or roommates. Make it a priority and talk about your current sex life and talk about what works and what needs some work.

4. Get flirty and stoke the fire before you get horizontal (or vertical). Some couples get so caught up in the ho-hum day-to-day stuff that they forget they used to be really into their partner. Sent texts suggesting certain acts or send pics that will get your partner excited.

5. Change it up! No one wants to do the same Tuesday night missionary forever, so take it up a notch. Have sex in different places in the house, at a hotel, in the car (but be careful), change positions, set a different mood, or add an adult toy or two to the fix. Most of all, have fun with it!

How to Keep Your Penis Ready for Sex at the Drop of a Hat (or Pants)

When trying to amp up your sex life, be sure to take good care of your penis. Nourish and protect it with a specially formulated penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which has been clinically proven safe and mild for skin) to make your lil’ buddy strong and hard. Start using it now; your Johnson is going to be getting a workout soon enough!

Some Ways to Delay Ejaculation for Longer Sex Sessions

Many men experience premature ejaculation at some point in their lives, usually in their younger years. While it’s extremely common, it’s also quite embarrassing and frustrating for everyone involved. So, what is considered an average amount of time for a sexual session, from penetration to male orgasm? Well, the answer varies. Some say it’s a bit over 5 minutes, and others report the average length being about 2 minutes. Men who are clinically diagnosed with premature ejaculation (PE) usually finish in 1 minute or less. Whether you have PE or are just looking to last longer in the sack, here are some hacks to help.
Delay Ejaculation Hack #1: Masturbate Beforehand
Like it was said in There’s Something About Mary, don’t go out with a loaded gun. Having a little solo sesh is a great way to drain the prostate. Also, if it’s been awhile, any type of contact can take things from 0 to 700, so by getting the first one out of the way, you’re reducing immediate sensitivity, giving you more time in between the sheets. Time it right, though; if done too soon before your date, you may find it difficult to get excited right away. Learn your refractory period and time it out accordingly.
Delay Ejaculation Hack #2: Anesthetic Wipes
Many men have had success in delaying ejaculation with anesthetic wipes. Look for ones like Roman Swipes that have a 4 percent benzocaine solution, which reduces sensation, but not so much that you don’t feel anything. Also, make sure you wait for the liquid to soak into the penis completely before getting busy, or your lady friend could end up with a numb vagina. Both partners should do a patch test first on a different body part to ensure that it won’t irritate or cause an allergic reaction in the reproductive region.
Delay Ejaculation Hack #3: Condom Control
Another great reason to use condoms - they give a little extra control. The barrier reduces stimulation, which allows a man to last longer. Some condoms also give men an extra helping hand with a numbing agent lined inside the condom. And remember, you should most likely be wearing one anyway!
Delay Ejaculation Hack #4: Switch Things Up
Variety is the spice of life…especially in the sack! Rather than just assuming the missionary position or doggie only, switch things up. Are you getting close and want to pull back? A position change will not only give an impromptu and mostly unnoticeable break, but it will also change the sensation, giving you a little extra time to enjoy. Position changes are a great way to press pause for a little regroup time.
Delay Ejaculation Hack #5: Edging
It seems like everyone is talking about edging these days. It’s a great way to train oneself to last longer. Start this training by masturbating solo, and once you think you are going to orgasm, pull back, take a breath, and then slowly start back up again. This allows a man to feel his rhythm and take notice of where he is in his excitement, allowing him to delay ejaculation. Once you’ve mastered it solo, incorporate into partner play. One note: be sure to use plenty of lubricant in training to avoid chafing and nerve damage.
Delay Ejaculation Hack #6: The Squeeze
This is a fun trick that really works. If your orgasm is racing toward the finish line, stop and then squeeze right below the head of the penis, focusing direct pressure on the urethra. It pushes blood out of the penis and temporarily decreases sexual tension, which inhibits orgasm.
Delay Ejaculation Hack #7: Power Down Your Thrusters
There is no reason to jackhammer away during sex. Instead, power down the hard thrusting and take a teasing stroll. Play with depth, both teasing the entrance and then going deep. Tilt up for a little G-Spot stimulation and lightly rub it with the head of your penis. There are a lot of ways to slow down ejaculation and be an attentive lover all in one. Not only will you last longer, but you can also probably count on a future invitation.
First, Take Care
You’ve seen that there are a lot of ways to delay ejaculation for extended intimate moments. Treat your penis to some extra TLC during training and when in the big show with a specially formulated penis health oil ( health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which has been clinically proven safe and mild for skin) to moisturize, reinvigorate, and fortify penile skin. This oil has essentials nutrients to boost blood flow, preserve sensitivity, and protect against peripheral nerve damage, so you can get maximum enjoyment from your Johnson for decades to come.

Penis Piercing: How It Can Change a Man’s Sex Life Permanently

Let’s face it; the decision to invade the sacred skin of the penis is always one considered with one eye shut, wincing in the possible pain of the experience. However, some of the anecdotal sex benefits to penis piercing have men pulling out their schlongs for a shot. Penis piercing should be carefully contemplated before a man decides to adorn his favorite appendage. A man should get all the info on downtime, maintenance, sex, and even peeing, to make a good decision. Here’s a quick primer on everything a man needs to know about penis piercing before letting the needle take the plunge!

Penis Piercings, In a Nut (ha!) Shell

Not too surprisingly, male genital piercings are not all that common. It’s actually more common for women to have them. Two types of piercings are most popular: the frenulum, also known as the Jacob’s Ladder and, of course, the widely known Prince Albert. Penis piercing can be done on any size penis, and it doesn’t matter whether it is circumcised or uncircumcised. A good piercer will recommend jewelry that works with the size and girth of the member.

The Jacob’s Ladder is a kind of penis piercing for which the piercing is done just through the skin. The Prince Albert is a piercing done down through the urethra and out of the bottom wall. Both have a speedy healing process. There are other more advanced piercings, like the apadravya and ampallang, which go through the head of the penis in different directions. Still, they are much rarer and generally only sported by serious body modification enthusiasts.

Penis Piercing How-to: The Prince Albert

The Jacob’s Ladder seems pretty self-explanatory, but the Prince Albert, that one looks a little more complicated (because it is). It also hurts more. Here’s the process—brace yourself. Usually, a piercer uses a hollow metal or glass tube and pushes it down into the penis and goes into the tube to pierce. Others omit the tube and open the urethra by hand and push the needle down. Either way, it’s not comfy.

The Healing Process

It takes about 6 to 8 weeks for the penis to heal after being pierced. A little blood is normal at first. Men should also expect to use saline solution soaks to aid in the healing process. Urination is also helpful, as it’s sterile and helps flush the area. When peeing for the first 1 to 2 weeks, be careful! Sometimes urine can come out the bottom hole of a Prince Albert piercing. A man may need to plug the hole with his finger while pushing up, or he can just take a seat and pee sitting down.

Sex and the New Penis Piercing

There isn’t a ban on sex until it’s completely healed, but there is a higher chance of sexually transmitted infections since the piercing is an open wound those first 6 to 8 weeks. Everything sexual is new again, from putting on a condom to entry to exit and all the stuff in between. Start by taking things slow and gentle to get used to the piercing and how it impacts your sex life. Also, be mindful that a partner’s bodily fluids can irritate the site of the piercing before it’s fully healed, and so can lubricants.

There is evidence that penis piercing can increase sexual sensation and pleasure. Sometimes it’s just for you, sometimes it’s just for your partner, and hopefully most times, it’s for both of you. It just depends. Remember that everything sexual is new again, so approach every first with caution and patience and see what feels good and what feels fantastic.

Post-Penis Piercing Care

After the healing is done and you’re proudly sporting jewelry down below, be sure to be especially meticulous about penis health care. Wash well and thoroughly daily and keep the hedges neatly trimmed (you don’t want pubes getting caught up in your jewelry). Wear breathable underwear that fits well, but not too tight. Finally, use a penis health oil (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which has been clinically proven safe and mild for skin) containing essential vitamins like vitamin A, which keeps the area bacteria-free, and vitamin C, which promotes collagen production for firm, elastic skin. It’s a sure way to keep everything clean, inviting, and healthy while showing off some new bling.

5 Quick Questions Answered About Penis Size and Sex. Hint: The Answers Are Better Than You Think!

If there is one universal for all men, it has to center around penis size. Boys start comparing Johnsons basically from the moment they can talk, well into collecting Social Security. It’s natural, then, that men have a slightly skewed notion of how penis size affects their sex life. Let’s answer 5 of the most fundamental questions out there about penis size and sex.

Question #1: What is the average penis size?

The average penis size is about 5.6 inches erect.

Question #2: How does penis size affect sexual pleasure?

For most men who fall in the middle, pretty much anything goes, and there aren’t a lot of limits when it comes to positions. For men on either end of the spectrum, positions become more important to both feel sensation and also to not injure a partner. Hear this now and loud: a big dick does not mean a man is good in bed. At all. There’s a lot more to sex than penis size, like emotional connection, physical attraction, foreplay, talking of all kinds, et cetera. So, in short, every man can always increase his Casanova status if he wants to take the time and effort.

The sexiest trait as lauded by men and women alike in every poll you see is confidence, and for a good reason. No one wants to be with someone who isn’t sure they find themselves attractive, sexy, or worthy, so if there is any one thing to work on first—it’s your head game. The head on top of your neck, to be specific.

Question #3: How can men with penises on the smaller size increase pleasure?

Optimize your options! Focus a bit more on oral, and don’t be scared to mix in some adult toys. Maybe try a penis extender to give yourself an extra 1 to 3 inches. Also, be smart about positions; anything that increases the likelihood of slipping out should be ditched in favor of partner on top or missionary-esque positions.

Question #4: How can men with penises on the larger size increase pleasure?

Guys with big weens have just as many issues as dudes rocking a Fiat. Basically, a man with a bigger sausage should let his partner control the depth of penetration, no matter where it’s going. Lube is also a must to keep things slippery and slidey and moving easily. If you need to "feel" more, try a penis sleeve. They give you stimulation at the base of the penis while not making your partner take in as much.

Question #5: How can a man feel good about his penis and sexual prowess no matter his size?

Feeling a little insecure about size? Ask yourself why. Is it what you’re watching and seeing out in society such as in porn, enhancement advertisements, and everyday television and film, or is it something closer to home? Do you feel like your partner doesn’t seem that excited about your man meat, or is their reception less than that of actors (key word here, actors) in adult films? Is stuff from your adolescence popping up, such as comparisons in the locker room? Is it the lack of pleasure you or your partner is feeling? Realize that most men’s inadequacies around penis size are emotional, and that takes work on one’s self, usually with the help of a trusted counselor or friend.

Also, recognize that a good lover and sensual pleasure have little to nothing to do with penis size. What a man should do is take a real interest in his partner, take his time, and communicate. Talking is sexy, and enjoying the moment is even sexier. Take some time with kissing and foreplay and guaranteed, your penis is going to get more fanfare anytime it rears its head!

One thing a man can control today is how he takes care of his penis. Does it look bumpy and dry with scraggly pubic hairs like a foreclosed home’s front lawn? If so, it’s time to make a change that can give you an immediate boost in confidence. Make sure your he-hygiene is on point with a proper penis health care regimen. Wash the big guy with a mild cleanser and warm water and be thorough about it! Rinse well and air dry. Trim up the grounds to welcome visitors. Finish the process off daily with a specially formulated penis health oil ( health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which has been clinically proven safe and mild for skin) that’s full of penis superpower nutrients like essentials vitamins and amino acids to strengthen and defend the skin. They also boost blood flow and promote healthy tissue maintenance, as well as keep the penis fresh and inviting.

Penis Stimulation 101: A Man’s Guide to Sex With Penis Rings

Women get all the fun toys when it comes to sex, or do they? Men have some nifty tools of their own when it comes to wanting a little extra penis stimulation. One of the best known is the penis ring. Of course, the idea of putting a tight circle around your penis can be a little frightening, but no need to worry! It’s more comfortable and much more pleasurable than you think. Here is a quick guide to improving penis stimulation and your sex life with penis rings.

Penis Stimulation 101: What Is a Penis Ring?

Penis rings, also known as cock rings, are rings worn around the base of the penis to restrict blood flow from an erect penis, producing a stronger erection or helping to keep an erection for a more extended period. Some penis rings can be doubled, meaning that they have a ring around the base of the penis and another around the scrotum.

Penis Stimulation 101: Benefits of Penis Rings

Why put a ring on your junk? Well, here’s a few great reasons you may want to consider:

1) They help men get a more powerful erection. It feels bigger and stronger. Penis rings also can add the necessary penis stimulation some men suffering from erectile dysfunction need to produce an erection.

2) They can also intensify and delay orgasm, giving a man more time to please his partner and himself.

3) Give her something to buzz about. Some penis rings have a vibratory add-on that can help a female partner orgasm during sex (since only 15 percent of women can achieve orgasm through penetrative sex alone).

4) They can help keep a condom on. This is great for men who sometimes worry it will slip, which can affect performance.

Penis Stimulation 101: How to Use a Penis Ring

Penis rings are pretty easy to use; just be sure to follow these quick and easy steps.

1) Be picky about fit - There’s a difference between firm and too tight. Be sure the penis ring has a snug fit to keep the blood in the penis longer, but not so tight that it’s uncomfortable or is turning things purple. The best bet for newbies is to start with a stretchy silicone ring.

2) Manscape in advance - Remember how it feels to get arm hair stuck on a rubber band? Extrapolate that discomfort when considering what it would be like in your pubes. For best results, manscape the area to ensure you aren’t snagging anything or feeling the pull of pubic hair.

3) Put it on when totally hard - Don’t put it on when you’re flaccid; the idea is to keep blood in the penis so, ipso facto, you need to be hard for it to be effective.

4) Don’t exceed 20 minutes - Don’t keep a penis ring on longer than 20 minutes. That doesn’t mean your sweaty sex sesh is only going to last 20 minutes or less. You can put a penis ring on at any time, whether that be in the beginning or the middle. Just don’t exceed 20 minutes at a time; it isn’t good for your blood vessels.

Penis Stimulation 101: Penis Ring After-Care

So, you’ve had your fun; now it’s time to clean up and calm down. Remove the ring when the penis has achieved release or is no longer aroused. Urinate to ensure all bacteria and leftover emissions have left the urethra.

Thoroughly clean the ring using anti-bacterial soap and warm water. Rinse well and air dry. When dry, store in a safe place that does not get too much heat or sun, as both can degrade rings made of latex and rubber.

Next, meticulously wash the penis with warm water and a gentle cleanser. Be sure to get every fold and nook. Then rinse well. When done, air dry or pat dry with a clean, soft towel. Never rub the area with a towel, as it can damage the delicate penile skin.

As a final step, use a penis health oil (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which has been clinically proven safe and mild for skin) after cleansing to fortify the skin and preserve sensitivity. Penis oils with vitamin C are ideal because they contain collagen, which keeps the skin bouncy and elastic, which is necessary for healthy and happy erections. These oils also should contain other nutrients and vitamins for optimal penis health, wrapped up in a natural base like shea butter, which is deeply hydrating yet doesn’t clog pores or irritate sensitive skin.

Polyamory and the Penis

Polyamory is on everyone’s lips (and more) these last few years. With a more-open dialogue about sex and relationships, more and more people are jumping on the polyamorous bandwagon. While it’s currently estimated that five percent or less of the people in the United States are living a polyamorous lifestyle, that number is on the rise as only half of millennials are looking for a completely monogamous relationship. While people consider managing emotions as one of the issues to keep a close watch on, men should also be focused on what polyamory means for their penis. Let’s unpack polyamory, how it can affect the penis, and ways to keep the penis in good form if polyamory is for you.

What Is Polyamory?

There are tons of synonyms for polyamory. Everything from the classic “open relationship” to “ethical non-monogamy” (not that it’s always ethical), which are both a flavor of polyamory but not necessarily the end all be all. What is boils down to is this: when a person is polyamorous (let’s use poly for short), he is open to the idea of having loving relationships with more than one person at a time. Now, this doesn’t mean a man’s penis is on overload, having sex multiple times each day.

Poly is largely misunderstood because of the focus on the sex part of it. People can be in a relationship with just one partner and be polyamorous (so long as the partner knows and agrees – otherwise, it’s just called cheating). Some poly players don’t have sex with anyone other than their partner, but have loving, romantic relationships with other people. Some people just have multiple relationships going all at once. It’s a pretty individualized concept around a core belief.

What Can Poly Mean for a Man’s Penis?

While it doesn’t seem to be an immediate connection, there are several things a man should consider from a sex and penis health standpoint. Here are a few concerns a man should be cognizant of when practicing his desired form of poly:

1) Disease. This is a no brainer. There are tons of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) out there that can maim and kill. There are also other ones that can stick around forever and require disclosures to partners each and every time sex is had.

2) Infections. It’s not only STIs that can be transmitted intimately. Things like yeast infections and urinary tract infections can also find their way to an otherwise healthy penis.

3) Guilt Dick. Some guys have a hard time sleeping with someone (or many ones) else when in an otherwise committed relationship. This can result in a failure to get or maintain an erection. Psychology and the penis have an intense relationship, and a lot can factor in to that.

4) Allergens. Seems weird to talk about, but men (and their respective penises) can be allergic to certain bed linens, perfumes, and other cleaning and grooming products used by multiple partners.

How Can a Man Protect His Poly-Active Penis?

There are several ways a man can stay healthy and active in a sexual poly lifestyle with a penis that performs well on command. Here are a few tips for how to keep penis health central while playing poly:

1) Use Condoms and Other Barrier Methods. Don’t use the same toys with one partner that are used with another. Get tested regularly. You know all this, but it’s worth mentioning. Also, bring your own condoms.

2) Have a Straightforward Sex Talk With All New Partners. This should include any disease states, infections going on, overall health, and consent. Discuss all potential sexual practices, but be sure to be specific about anything that might injure the penis, such as cock rings, certain positions, and long nails.

3) Have an Emotional Check-in. For men who have iffy feelings about a poly lifestyle, a check-in or regular appointment with a sex therapist isn’t a bad idea. This will help a man keep his mental game in check, so it doesn’t affect his penis.

4) Urinate After Sex. This cleans everything out and can protect against bacteria and infection.

5) Keep the Penis Clean and Healthy. Be sure to thoroughly wash the penis daily, and after any sexual escapades, with warm water and a gentle cleanser. Rinse well and air dry. After cleaning the skin, use a specially formulated penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which has been clinically proven safe and mild for skin) on the penis. Choose a crème with tons of vitamins and nutrients that protect and rejuvenate the penis, like vitamins A, B, C, and D. L-carnitine is also a worthy ingredient to look for, as it protects against peripheral nerve damage that can affect a penis’s prowess over time.

So, now you know what poly is and how it can affect your penis. Keep these considerations in mind to ensure that you have a healthy and fulfilling emotional and sexual life.

Kama Sutra Techniques To Heat Up Any Sex Life

When the words, “Kama Sutra,” are uttered, it seems every erogenous zone comes to life and visions of acrobatic and flexible positions come to mind. It’s no wonder. The ancient India Sanskrit text is not really a sex manual, however. The Kama Sutra is an instructional guide to living one’s best life with love and excessive amounts of pleasure. Sounds good, right? Here’s a few tips from the 2,400-year-old text that can breathe new life into any sex life.

Kama Sutra Technique: Churning

Don’t be the guy that literally does the “in and out” which just random thrusts in and out. However, that doesn’t mean a man has to hang from a chandelier either. Sometimes, a little twist up, literally, can do the trick. Try adding the churn to the mix. Grabbing the penis by the base, move it in small circles inside her vagina. By doing this, a man can not only heighten the pleasure of both partners, but also find new hot spots he wasn’t aware of.

Kama Sutra Technique: Take it Down

Trying to stimulate the elusive G-spot with the penis is a gentlemanly and high-level move. However, don’t forget the back of the vagina which can yield the especially deep, carnal moans.

While in missionary, instead of thrusting up, thrust downward instead. Either go short and sharp or intermix long, deep strokes with faster ones.

Kama Sutra Technique: Buffeting

Looking for a way to delay gratification, but also want to keep the raw, lusty, animalistic vibe going? Try buffeting. During thrusting, a man should pull completely out and then thrust back in with a fast, hard stroke. Intersperse it to shake things up or do it, do three short pulses inside and repeat.

Kama Sutra Technique: Three for the Win

Erogenous zones are all linked, so it’s no surprise the stimulating them at the same would lead to a mind-blowing orgasm. Choose three erogenous zones on a partner (lips, ears, nipples, clitoris, etc.) and get to work. A reported winning combo is deep kissing or licking, nipple tweaking, and clitoral stimulation. This also works for men. Feel free to use adult toys to lend a helping hand.

Kama Sutra Technique: Take Aim

While in missionary, aim the penis to the left or right, keeping firm and continuous pressure on that side of her vagina. Why? One side of the clitoris is almost always more sensitive. Keep the lines of communication open to see which side feels better.

Kama Sutra Technique: Just an Inch

To switch things up, focus on the second most sensitive spot on a woman, the first inch of the vagina. Using fast, shallow strokes, keeping the penis in (but just barely) will cause those inner nerve endings to go wild. Pair this technique with buffeting for a killer combo.

Kama Sutra Technique: Rub Her Belly

Okay, it seems a little silly, but rubbing your partner’s (if female) belly immediately prior to orgasm. Why? The area above a woman’s pubic bone is highly sensitive. Place both hands flat on her lower abdomen right above her pubic bone. Then move the hands in opposite directions, back and forth across the abdomen. Also, don’t stop what’s being done to bring her to orgasm in the first place! For male partners, stimulate the perineum in a similar firm pressure, back and forth motion.

With sex this good, a man’s penis can definitely get overworked. That’s why many men use a specially formulated penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which has been clinically proven safe and mild for skin) to rejuvenate and restore their penis. Crèmes like these keep the skin soft and supple so chafing and dryness aren’t a worry and strengthen collagen in the skin with vitamin C. Shea butter and vitamin E seal in hydration while amino acids keep nerve sensitive and strong for a man’s every Tantric desire.

5 Sex Positions Everyone Will Be Doing in 2019

Can sex get boring? Maybe. Cowgirl, Doggy, and Missionary are old favorites but sometimes, maybe a lot of the time, a little variety is needed to get the fire lit or to keep it going. As with all things, each year brings new trends and sex positions are no different. It shouldn’t be a surprise that many of the buzziest positions for 2019 are female-focused and also have a bigger dose of chill than usual. Try one, try all five or a combination thereof and have fun in sheets with the five sex positions everyone will be doing this year.

Go Deep with the Mega Missionary

Ready to level up and accessorize the most common position? Assume the traditional position, but instead of getting going, stack two or three firm pillows (not soft - they won’t be good for this one) under the bottom person’s tush and then enter. This is a great position no matter what the sexual orientation because it allows for deeper penetration for vaginal and anal sex. Of course, since it’s missionary, all the eye-gazing and kissing can still happen so a man can go deeper while he’s goin’ deep.

Sit Back and Enjoy with the Hands Free

What better way for a man to support female empowerment than giving her control of the positions once in a while (or more). Men can lay back and enjoy while his partner planks above him, putting weight on the forearms, as she straddles him with her knees bent somewhere between his chest and hips.

This balanced magic provides the woman with a steady (read not shaky) foundation to really go to town without her worrying she’ll fall or hit her vagina the wrong way and he’ll like it because he won’t be afraid his unit will get bent. Both with enjoy it because he has his hands free to stimulate her erogenous zones or rest on her hips to help guide motion and pace. It’s a win-win for everyone.

The Stage Hand

This sexual position is more about anticipation than position, but it’s one that will definitely have her inviting you back night after night. A man lays his partner down and starts to gently massage the legs and gradually move up, slowly and with extreme intent. As he reaches the inner thigh, he should graze the clitoris and vulva and then deeply stroke the G-spot and inner vagina. Building the anticipation is what makes things really hot. Since sex is most often under 10 minutes according to studies, women and men aren’t used to sensual touch and extended foreplay so this “position” not only relaxes, but ignites. It also makes orgasm more possible. It will lead into to either an intense, acrobatic sex fest or a deep and slow encounter akin to Tantric sex -- dealer’s choice

Giddy Up! Getting Low in the Saddle

Since she got all the attention in the last position, give her the reigns and let her saddle up. This takes the familiar reverse cowgirl with a little more depth. The man lays down while the woman gets on top, facing his feet. She leans as far forward as she can putting her weight on her hands and knees which will surround the outsides of his legs and trunk. Then, the cowgirl rocks back and forth, which a little support from her cowpoke if they decide so. Otherwise, sit back and enjoy the very erotic view.

Stay in and Have a Lazy Sunday

Not all great sex is fast and hard. Sometimes reducing the speed and amping up the chill is the most satisfying. Partners should lay on their sides facing each other. The woman than mosex in closer, placing her leg over his leg for optimal penetration. This gives both partners a way to control the speed and intensity. It’s a nice way to intimately connect, kiss, and try for the allusive simultaneous orgasm.

After trying all of these new positions, a man needs to keep his penis is fine form to try out these new sex position trends. It’s a good thing there is a quality penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which has been clinically proven safe and mild for skin) specially formulated for the penis to keep it strong, vital, and hard. Nutrient creams that are designed specifically for the penis should also be sure to contain ingredients such as vitamins A, C, D and E, which are noted for their skin-soothing and healing properties which is helpful after a long, satisfying sexual encounter.

Lingering Penis Odor After Sex? Take These 4 Steps

How many guys have stripped down and suddenly found a rank smell assaulting their nostrils? “Can that really be me?” they think, and all too often it is. Severe penis odor is a major turn-off to partners and potential partners, and a very common penis health issue. And for a lot of guys, penis odor is especially strong after sex. For such men, taking steps to decrease or eliminate post-sex penis odor can make a big difference in the overall attractiveness of their penis.

Makes sense

Of course, it makes sense that a penis should have a certain smell surrounding it. After all, for too many hours a day, the average penis is kept locked away behind not one, but two layers of clothing. And often one or both layers are very tight. This creates a situation in which heat builds up, followed by sweat, which activates the bacteria which causes unpleasant aromas. The thatch of pubic hair and hair on the balls also provides further insulation, which increases the heat quotient and the resulting sweat.

In other words, a guy already goes into a sexual situation with the potential to be over-ripe in the penis odor department. Several things happen during sex which can add to the issue.

- More heat. There’s a reason that sex is often classified as “hot and heavy” when it’s intense. Significant heat is often generated during sex, especially penetrative sex. And since the penis is usually in an enclosed situation, inside a vagina or an anus, that only ups the heat – and the sweat.

- Another person’s odor. In addition, during sex the penis is being placed in very direct skin-to-skin contact with the bodily odors of another person. The bacteria on their person is being passed on to the penis. Also, in many cases, there may be other factors – such as a vaginal yeast infection – which can significantly add to the odor problem.

- Fluids. And, of course, exchanges of fluids come with their own scents. Whether it’s a guy’s own semen drying on his penis or vaginal fluids from a partner, they can add to the penis odor issue.

Steps to Take

So what are some common sense steps to help decrease post-se penis odor?

- Start out clean. The less penis odor one brings to sex, the less one will take away after sex. Practice good general penis hygiene rules, such as washing regularly – including under the foreskin, for intact men. Before the date, put on a clean set of clothes – including underwear.

- Consider shaving. Many men who shave their pubic area report less lingering penis odor. This may be due to less insulation causing less heat, but it also is likely that thick hair catches and retains more odors in general.

- Wear a condom. A condom not only helps prevent the spread of sexually-transmitted infections, it also keeps a lot of odor-causing bacteria from coming into contact with the penis skin. It won’t absorb all of them, but it should help.

- End up clean. A guy doesn’t need to jump out of bed and run into the bathroom as soon as he has completed his sexual mission – but he should make sure to do a thorough washing up before either getting dressed again or drifting off to sleep. Washing away post-sex scents as soon as possible is the best way to keep them from burrowing in and taking up residence in the midsection.

- Guard against penis odor after sex by regularly applying a top drawer penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). In order to be most effective, the crème should contact vitamin A, which has anti-bacterial properties that can fight persistent penis odor. It’s also wise to select a crème with a powerful antioxidant, of which alpha lipoic acid is a fine one. The antioxidant helps strengthen penis skin by fighting the elements that cause oxidative damage to skin.

When a Sore Penis Gets in the Way of Good Sex

At the risk of stating the obvious, there’s nothing quite like good sex to put a big smile on a man’s face and make him feel happy and contented. Good sex, whether with a partner (or partners) or with oneself, relaxes a man, puts him at ease, and makes him feel proud of himself; what more could a guy ask for? Because satisfactory sex is so desirable, most men want to pay attention to things like their penis health so that they can be ready to benefit from a little trip to paradise. Unfortunately, something as simple as a sore penis can put a crimp in their plans.

The irony

The irony of a sore penis preventing a man from having sex, of course, is that sometimes a dude gets that sore penis precisely from having sex. (That irony is likely to be lost on the sore penis sufferer himself, who is more interested in getting his penis back up to speed.) Yes, one of the biggest causes of a sore penis is having too much sex, or too much rough sex at least.

Despite its reputation as a powerhouse organ, the penis is actually rather delicate. In order to provide the undeniable pleasure that it does when being handled, stroked, fondled, or enveloped, the penis needs to have very sensitive nerve endings that can respond readily to touch and other stimuli. But those nerve endings also make it more susceptible to soreness when they get overstimulated or rubbed raw.

Many men associate a rubbed raw penis with over-masturbation, or with masturbating without using enough lubricant, and it’s true that many times a man’s enjoyment of his masturbation does lead to a soreness which then prevents either self-play or partner-based enjoyment. But it’s also true that coupling can just as easily lead to a sore penis. Often insufficient lubrication is again the culprit, but it may also be due to an especially lengthy session, an unfamiliar angle of penetration, or an inability for the penis to be comfortably accommodated.

What to do

So what’s a guy to do when he’s ready for action but he has a sore penis telling him to cool it? When the penis is really sore and raw, holding off on activity is usually the best course of action – even if it’s difficult to do. Not only does rest help bring about healing, it can also avoid embarrassment. Many is the man who has ignored the soreness in his manhood and initiated a sexual encounter with a partner, only to discover that the soreness causes his member to deflate midway through - or sometimes before even really getting started.

There are several things a guy can do to help hasten the healing of his raw, sore penis, including:

- Let it rest. As mentioned above, finding the willpower to avoid sex for a day or two can work wonders.

- Add a little warmth. Often wrapping a warm – but not hot! – cloth around the penis helps soothe and pamper the damaged skin and nerve endings.

- Be gentle. Wear tight briefs, which support and hold in place the penis, rather than boxers, which can rub against and irritate the member. When washing, handle the penis gently and pat it dry with a towel rather than forcefully rubbing it dry.

- Creme up. A sore penis will more readily get back in the mood for sex if a guy is already in the habit of daily applying a top drawer penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). In order to properly soothe, the crème should contain both a high end emollient (like shea butter) and a natural hydrating agent (like vitamin E). It also pays to find a crème with vitamin C, as this vitamin is a key component of collagen, a tissue in the body that gives skin its tone and elasticity.

Six Penis Function Tips to Improve Your Sex Game

Even the best players are happy to find a way to improve their sex game, and why not? Since a better sex game means more enjoyment and pleasure, why not work to improve it? Clearly, proper penis function and excellent penis health are major components of any guy’s sex game. So let’s take a look at some penis function tips that players of every level need to be aware of.

Get some shut-eye.

When focusing on penis function, it’s easy to forget that the penis is affected by general health issues - and one of the most important is adequate sleep. This can be especially hard for people with demanding jobs or who feel they want to sacrifice a little sleep so they can squeeze a little more activity into the mere 24 hours a day that they have. But lack of sleep will hit a guy in the sex sack big time - so schedule enough time to get those zzz’s.

Watch the nutrition.

Similarly, penis function is directly related to diet. Sometimes it’s a short-term connection, as when eating greasy, acidic foods for dinner gives a guy heartburn, and that discomfort causes him to perform less than optimally. Sometimes it long-term, when a dude’s overall diet clogs his arteries, affects his heart function, and saps his stamina so that erections are weaker (or non-existent) and his ability to "go the distance" is impaired.

Use the lube.

A lot of men think using lubricant is somehow not "manly." That’s crazy - and it’s no excuse for not using it when masturbating, when it’s just the guy and his penis all alone. Sex, whether solo or partnered, is better when it’s properly "smooth." Also, "dry" sex can create rawness and soreness in the penis, which has a big effect on penis function.

Watch the booze, cut the smokes.

No guy wants the dreaded "whiskey penis," a situation where too much alcohol makes a man go all limp. Drinking too much alcohol consistently can also create problems with blood vessels - and so can smoking, which also just does a bad number on the heart and lungs. If penis function is important to a guy, the cigs need to go out the window and the booze needs to be kept to a decent level.

Exercise.

The better shape a guy’s whole body is in, the better for his penis. Strong arms help him maintain man-on-top positions. Stamina-building exercises help him keep up with his partner when they’re coming down the stretch. And cardio exercises mean the heart is healthy so that blood gets pumped throughout the body - including where it’s really needed for sex, to the penile blood vessels.

Watch the hot water.

Taking a nice hot shower sounds like a good idea -but most men don’t know that hot water actually can dry out the skin. It removes the essential skin oils that help lock in moisturization. And dry penis skin not only doesn’t look appealing - it can be so tender that it impedes penis function. So keep shower temperatures moderate.

Ramping up the sex game through attention to penis function is easier if a guy also maintains his penis health. To do this, he should regularly apply a first rate penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). The best cremes are going to contain two key ingredients, L-arginine and L-carnitine. The former is an amino acid which plays a role in nitric oxide production; this in turns helps penile blood vessels to more readily open for increased blood flow. The latter is a neuroprotective ingredient which helps to maintain and protect penis sensation which can otherwise be diminished due to rough use.

Avoiding Penis Odor After Sex

Not surprisingly, men often take steps to eliminate or minimize unpleasant penis odor before going on a date or into a situation in which sex is a distinct possibility. After all, when unveiling his equipment, a man wants to be greeted with gasps of surprise and pleasure, rather than someone gasping for fresh air. Following good penis health and hygiene guidelines helps control penis odor before sex, but men need to remember that they need to take steps afterward as well.

With that in mind, the following tips are recommended for avoiding rank penis odor after sex.

Wash up beforehand. In most cases, by the time a couple moves into the bedroom, several hours will have passed since the penis was last washed and/or aired out. A guy knows that getting into sex is going to increase the likelihood of penis odor; after all, not only is there going to be a lot of sweating going on in the heat of the sexual moment, but the tightness of the vagina and the friction of the sexual activity is going to create more opportunity for sweat. And, while this may be a bit ungallant, the fact is that the vagina itself does not always carry an aroma of roses - and that odor is going to get transferred to the penis.

So the name of the game is to go into the sex act with as little pre-existing penis odor as possible. With that in mind, if possible, take a quick trip to the bathroom and give the penis a final rinsing before commencing with the sex.

Wear a condom. Clearly in any casual sex engagement, a man needs to be wearing a condom for protection against disease and to reduce the risk of an unwanted pregnancy. But donning a condom also helps protect against penis odor. It will not eliminate it entirely, but the condom will retain a great deal of the scents generated during sex which otherwise would have lingered on the penis skin.

Consider a trim. Although there is no scientific basis for this, anecdotal evidence suggests that a clean-shaven penis and groin retains less odor than a hairy one. This is logical, as thick hair in the area catch and hold fluids which then dry and create an odor. When the area is clean-shaven, the fluids dry directly on the skin, making them easier to access and to wipe away. Speaking of which…

Clean up afterward. This is one of the most important things a man can do to help decrease post-sex penis odor. All too often, a man feels relaxed and satisfied after sex, and before long that sense of contentment leads him to fall asleep. Even men who are instead invigorated by sex often neglect a wash-up after sex, and prefer to luxuriate in the experience. But guys do need to do a good cleaning; they don’t need to pop out of bed as soon as the deed is done, but within a reasonable amount of time, a little soap, water and drying is needed to keep things scent-free.

Use an appropriate creme. Men seeking to avoid penis odor after sex unfortunately often forget this crucial step: regularly using a superior penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). There are many cremes out there, but the one that is needed will list vitamin A among its ingredients. Also called retinol, vitamin A is valuable because it has anti-bacterial properties that can fight and destroy the bacteria which help bring about rank penis odor. The best crème will also contain a powerful antioxidant, such as alpha lipoic acid. By battling excess free radicals, alpha lipoic acid helps strengthen delicate penis skin, making it better able to withstand intense washing to fight odors.

Penis Care Tips: Sex Around the House

Although there are many aspects involved in proper penis care, it’s a big plus that one of the most important is making sure the penis sees an appropriate amount of sexual activity. As with many things in life, penis care has a "use it or lose it" aspect; the penis needs to be kept in shape through practice, whether with alone or with a partner. And, indeed, studies have shown that men who have frequent ejaculations have a decreased risk of prostate cancer in later life, another bonus of good penis care. And to enliven the sex the penis requires, couples may want to think a little outside the box - or the bedroom - and consider having sex in other parts of the house.

With that in mind, the following tips are offered for those anxious to indulge themselves all around the house.

The living room

According to one survey, after the bedroom, the living room is the most popular place in the house for sex. And why not? A sofa is a good substitute for a bed, after all. But there can be other advantages to the living room. For example, if it contains a fireplace, sex next to a roaring fire can be intense. Rugs, pillows, ottomans and foot stools can be arranged on the floor to help accommodate exploration of sex positions that require greater flexibility and bendability, as well as extra support. Take advantage of what the living room has to offer to try new things with a partner.

The bathroom

The bathroom followed the living room on the aforementioned survey of hot places for sex other than the bedroom - and that’s because of the shower. Engaging in sex in the shower is a very different experience, and it’s often a good way for a couple who feels they’ve fallen into a sexual rut to break out. However, it’s important to remember that sex in the shower can be dangerous, due to slipperiness and difficulty maintaining balance, Rather than focus on standing up, penetrative sex, many couples find that the shower is a great place for oral and manual sex activities.

The garage

Umm, sex in a greasy garage? Not everyone’s cup of tea. But having sex inside a car in the garage is another story. It’s an excellent way to relive the thrill of secretive teen-age sex, but from the safety and privacy of a couple’s own private garage.

The laundry room

Surprisingly, laundry rooms are very popular for sex. The main reason for this is because of the vibrations the washer or dryer make. Lay a blanket on top, arrange a pillow against the wall for comfort and set the machine on high. It may take some adjusting to find a comfortable position, and depending on how high the machine is, the man may need to stand on a sturdy ottoman. But the results can be revelatory.

The kitchen

Take advantage of the contents of the kitchen to make sex especially tantalizing. Partners can apply whipped cream, honey, jelly, mustard, and other food stuffs to various body parts and then have fun satisfying their cravings (both culinary and sexual). Just be sure to clean up the kitchen when through!

Advancing penis care through frequent sex is excellent, but a man still needs to do more, such as regularly apply a superior penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) to his member. The best crèmes are those which include a wide range of vitamins, especially A, B5, C, D and E. But the crème should also include L-arginine, a valuable amino acid which is part of the process whereby penile blood vessels open and expand to receive the increased flow of blood that occurs during the erectile process.

Penis Health and Sex Tips for the Summer

Summer is a time when many a man meets up with a new partner or finds time to explore new forms of intimacy with an existing one. Such being the case, what man doesn’t appreciate some good penis health and sex tips when the weather gets a bit on the warm side? With that in mind, we offer the following sex tips for the remaining days of this summer - and for future summers to come.

Tips

- Take advantage of the warm weather. Having sex outdoors in the winter is not usually at the top of everyone’s list (unless they live in a tropical paradise, of course) - so take advantage of summer weather to get frisky outside. Be sensible, of course; don’t disrobe and become entangled on a busy street. But a backyard with a good privacy fence or in a field that is truly deserted can be an excellent place to become one with Nature while becoming one with that special person.

- Sleep naked. A guy’s penis can get very rank from summer sweat, so take advantage of the warmth to sleep in the nude - and encourage that special someone to do so as well. The lack of clothing makes spontaneous sex just that much easier.

- But keep ice nearby. Sometimes even without clothes, the heat can become oppressive. Bringing up a bucket of ice can enable a couple to have fun cooling each other down before getting down to brass tacks. And sucking on an ice cube before indulging in oral sex can take things to a whole different level.

- Avoid pool sex. Some movies make making out in the pool or hot tub seem intensely sexy. In reality, the heavily chlorinated water can dry out the skin, including that sensitive penis skin. It also washes away natural lubrication, adding the wrong kind of friction to a couple’s sexual encounter.

- Use that bikini top. Couples who are into bondage, even in just a joking way, can enjoy using a bikini top as a way of tying one’s lover down. Or up.

- Oil up. Refreshing body oils, scented with aromas that entice and intrigue, can be especially welcome on a hot summer night. For even greater effect, rub them in while a fan is gently blowing across the skin.

- Change locations. Sex is fun no matter where it is - but sometimes having sex in a totally new location makes it even better. Summer is ideal for travel, so occasionally pack things up and hit the road. Whether going on an overnight camping trip, a weekend-long excursion to a nearby town or a vacation out of the country, new sites can mean exciting new sex. For those who can’t get away, try having sex in a different room in the house - or even just in a new position.

- Get handy. Sometimes, the summer heat is so oppressive that the thought of one body on top of another can be a bit of a turn-off. But that’s why we have hands. If intercourse is out for the night due to the heat and the sweat, consider an evening of manual fondling and kissing instead.

Penis health and sex tips aren’t relegated just to the summer, of course, and one tip for all seasons is this: Daily apply a superior penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) to the manhood. The best option will provide a wide array of vitamins, such as vitamins A, B5, C, D and E. Topical application allows the vitamins to target the penis more specifically. In addition, the crème should include alpha lipoic acid, a potent antioxidant that combats free radicals and the damage they can cause.

Sex Tips for Camping Trips and Penis Health

Summertime is the season when millions of people decide to "rough it" in the wilds of Nature - or at least a good state or national park. Many couples find that the fresh air adds a new level to their friskiness - which is good both for a guy’s penis health (use it or lose it, after all) and the couple’s sexual health. But a few helpful sex tips may be in order to make the camping bed-downs even more pleasurable.

A few sex tips for camping

- Pick the right tent. Experienced campers know this, but for the novices out there: tents are much smaller than their labeling leads one to believe. A "two-person" tent usually is just big enough for two people to lie side by side, with absolutely no extra room. It’s possible to have lovely sex in such circumstances, but - especially for the more sexually gymnastic - selecting a bigger tent is the way to go.

- Bring an air mattress. Many movies make sex on a forest floor look primal and exciting, but the truth is that rocks and roots can cause a bit of discomfort, especially for whoever is on bottom. Having an air mattress (or two) not only makes sleeping more comfortable- it makes activities preceding sleeping much more enjoyable.

- Remember the silhouettes. Lanterns and flashlights are necessities when camping - but couples may want to turn them off when they start getting active. Unless, of course, they want their neighbors to observe their sexual technique via the moves their silhouettes make on the tent walls.

- Opt for sheets. Most men tend to work up a bit of a sweat during sex, especially if the weather is hot and muggy. Rather than getting a sleeping bag all soggy, bring along some sheets and place them over the sleeping bags and air mattresses to absorb excess fluids and odors. Then hang the sheets outside the tent to dry overnight.

- Use a condom. Even if a couple has been together a long time and no longer need to use any condoms, most sex tips experts would agree that condoms and camping go together. There’s less likelihood of semen leaking out onto that expensive sleeping bag.

- Don’t forget wet wipes and baggies. Tents are very enclosed spaces, and during hot weather, they can really emphasize odors. Having wet wipes handy to wipe off sweaty, fluid-laced areas of the body can help keep the air in the tent fresh. After wiping, put the used towelettes (and condoms) in a handy baggie, and leave the baggie outside the tent. (And remember to take it to the trash in the morning.)

- Consider the neighbors. The thin fabric walls of a tent are not exactly the latest word in soundproofing - so unless a couple is in a truly secluded spot, or unless they don’t mind smirks and glares from fellow campers, they need to keep the noise to a minimum. It’s probably not a bad idea to bring along some quiet music to play to help cover up some of the sounds that go with intense lovemaking.

The above sex tips can help make a camping trip into a romantic bonding experience. To be properly prepared, a man wants to make sure his own tent pole is in good shape, so he should regularly use a top notch penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) . Since keeping odors to a minimum in the enclosed tent space is desirable, he should select a crème with vitamin A. Also known as retinol, vitamin A has anti-bacterial properties that can help prevent unwanted regular penis odor. The best crème will also include vitamin B5, aka pantothenic acid, which is required for cell metabolism and the maintenance of healthy tissue.

Penis Health Sex Tips for Busy Lovers

Text the boss. Answer emails. Pick up the kids. Buy groceries. Pay bills. People today are busier than they’ve ever been - arguably, too busy. Certainly when couples find themselves too busy for sex, something has to give. Assuming a guy has maintained proper penis care and the issue is availability rather than ability, men (and their partners) may find these tips valuable as a way of helping busy lovers make time for sex - and by extension, better penis health.

Start the day right

Most guys assume this means getting in a quick one before work - and, hey, there’s nothing wrong with that. But most busy couples feel a little too time-pressed for that. Instead, couples need to make some time just to be together. An ideal way is to set the alarm for, say, five minutes earlier than usual. When the alarm goes off, just wrap arms around each other and cuddle up for a few minutes. A little nuzzling and kissing is good, but it’s more about just being together.

Get clean together

After a few days of cuddling in the mornings, set the alarm 10 minutes earlier every so often and take a shower together as well. Again, this doesn’t have to include actual sex - although it’s fine if it does. But it’s more about being naked together, running hands along each other’s bodies. Sure, it may mean that someone - especially the guy - may get aroused and feel a little frustrated if there’s no time to act on that arousal. But it may also make a couple more committed to setting aside time when they can fulfill each other.

Keep it up during the day

Even if there’s been no time to plan for sex, keep reminding the partner of how much they matter. Playful (or suggestive) little texts, an email with a link to something that interests them, a quick phone call - all this can help keep both parties feeling connected and anxious to share themselves more fully.

Schedule it

Sure, making an appointment for sex seems not-so-sexy. But not having sex at all is the ultimate not-so-sexy. The most basic of tips for busy people is to make an unbreakable date and time and keep to it. It may mean getting the kids out of the house, skipping the gym, letting the boys have their night out on their own, turning the cell phone off - some kind of sacrifice needs to be made. But it is worth it.

Enjoy it

This may seem unnecessary, but a surprising number of busy lovers put so much pressure on actually getting to have sex that they don’t enjoy it when they do. Make the evening relaxed and fun. Don’t worry about whether there will be an orgasm - or even necessarily if there will be penetration. Let the night be about getting back in touch with someone important and exploring their physical and emotional self. Go in without expectations and enjoy whatever comes along in whatever form.

Another of the more popular sex tips for men, busy or not: Be sure your penis is in good health. Regular application of a top notch penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) is perfect for this. When choosing a crème, see if its ingredients include a powerful antioxidant, such as alpha lipoic acid. Good antioxidants pack a punch that debilitates free radicals, knocking them out before they can create the oxidative stress that makes penis skin look aged and unhealthy. The crème should also include pantothenic acid, aka vitamin B5. Pantothenic acid is crucial for cell metabolism and the maintenance of healthy penile tissue.

Dry Penis Skin Sometimes Results from Sex

When disrobing for sex, no man wants to present his partner with a dry penis, the skin of which looks flaky, scaly or patchy. Sometimes even men who practice what would be considered appropriate penis care look down and find their awesome endowment isn’t looking its best due to this situation. And sometimes the reason for dry penis skin is actually sex.

How can it be sex?

That a man could sport dry penis skin due to sex doesn’t seem right, but in fact this can really happen. Let’s take a moment to look at how this could come to be.

Masturbation

Even men who participate in frequent partner sex tend to enjoy at least a little "me" time. And when a guy is bored, it’s not unusual to reach for his penis in order to engage in a very pleasant way to pass the time.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with masturbating, but often a man may get a little too "into" the experience. If a man masturbates without sufficient lubrication - and lubricant can wear away after time if not reapplied - then the significant friction can cause the skin to become dried and cracked.
The same thing can result if a man masturbates with his fist clenching the penis too tightly - the so-called "death grip" form of masturbation that can be very useful in bringing about a satisfying climax but which can also make the penis sore and the skin dry.

Partner sex

But it’s not just solo pleasure that can cause dry penis skin. If a woman is not sufficiently "warmed up" for sex, the vagina may not be properly lubricated for penetration by the penis. In this situation, the same kind of friction situation can occur as when masturbating without lubrication.

And there can be a partner-based equivalent to the "death grip" masturbation experience if the man’s penis is very thick and the woman’s vagina is not able to expand enough to comfortably encompass it. (Needless to say, this situation can be rather painful for the female as well.)

In addition, dry penis skin from sex sometimes results not due to friction but due to other issues. For example, a man may lubricate his penis to avoid the friction issue but may neglect to cleanse the lubricant from his penis. Or he may have sex with a woman who uses a spermicidal protection and may forget to wash his penis to remove traces of the spermicide from it. In both cases, the lingering residue can eventually contribute to dry skin.

What to do

So what steps can a man take if he wishes to prevent or treat dry penis skin from sex? The most obvious is to make sure that proper lubrication is involved, especially if considerable tightness is being employed in the process as well.

But it also pays to properly wash the penis after sex, both to cleanse it and to give it a chance to re-moisturize. Washing the penis should involve the following:

- Using lukewarm water rather than hot. Hot water, in addition to potentially scalding the penis, actually dries skin out rather than moisturizes it, as it depletes the body of its natural oils.

- Washing with a gentle soap that contains moisturizers, rather than a harsh soap that can also add to the dry penis skin problem.

- Patting the penis dry with a towel rather than roughly rubbing it, as excess rubbing can remove valuable oils.

Dry penis skin, whether from sex or not, also benefits from regular application of an excellent penis health crème( health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). For optimal results, select a crème with a combination of a high-end emollient (such as Shea butter) and a natural hydrator (such as vitamin E) to provide potent moisturization. Topical application of antioxidants also helps keep skin in prime health, so select a crème with a potent free radical fighter like alpha lipoic acid.

Can More Frequent Sex Translate to Better Memory?

Quantity and quality of sex are sometimes related, and there is definitely a threshold of frequency for each individual that is necessary to maintain sexual happiness. But can the frequency of a man’s sexual activity have other benefits beyond helping to maintain that all-important penis health? Interestingly enough, recent evidence suggests there may be a link between sex and memory - and the link seems to be positive.

Good sex, good memory

People often talk about "mind-blowing sex," but some scientists think sex has the opposite literal result - it makes it easier to remember things. How so?

As with so many things involving science, it all starts with animal studies. A study published in 2013 looked at rats and the effect sex had on the hippocampus region of the brain. The hippocampus is an area crucial for memory function and retention. The scientists studied what happened when rats had sex and found that one result was an increase in neural activity in the hippocampus.

Now a human study has indicated the same may be true of humans. While this was a small trial involving only 78 people - all of them women - it does support the information found in the animal studies.

The study

Published in the Annals of Sexual Behavior, the study was conducted by investigators at McGill University. The scientists interviewed study participants and asked them how often they engaged in penis-vaginal intercourse. The participants then took a test which assessed their ability to memorize words and faces. In general, women who had sex more frequently did a better job of memorizing words than did women whose rate of intercourse was less frequent.

There wasn’t much difference between the two groups, however, when it came to memorizing faces. But that outcome actually supports the theory that the neural activity in the hippocampus is increased from sex.

Why? Because word memorization is largely focused in the hippocampus. Facial recognition is more dependent on areas outside the hippocampus.

Limitations

Clearly, one small-scale study is not enough to definitively establish a sex-memory link, and there are other factors that could impact the outcome. For example, since only women were involved in the study, it’s difficult to know whether such a link might exist in men. Since the study looked only at heterosexual penis-vagina penetrative sex, its application to homosexual sex or to oral sex or masturbation cannot be assessed. And finally, there’s always the possibility that some of the participants may not have been accurate in their self-assessment of how often they have sex. (Male readers may want to think about how likely they might be to exaggerate their own level of sexual activity when asked, even in a scientific setting.)

But if future studies back up these findings - and especially if they are proven relevant for both sexes and for all forms of sexual activity - it may mean a revolution in the way people study and learn. For example, students cramming for vocabulary exams may want to increase their coital activity. A guy making a presentation that involves lots of unfamiliar words and phrases may want to include a few masturbation breaks while he works on his PowerPoint slides.

Whether there is a memory link or not, most men would enjoy increasing the frequency of sex. And with that goal in mind, they need to keep their equipment healthy via regular application of a top drawer penis health crème( health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). For best results, the selected creme should include both pantothenic acid and retinol. Pantothenic acid (also known as vitamin B5) is a vital component of healthy penile tissue, and retinol (also called vitamin A) is a great weapon against aging skin and blemishes. A penis that looks and feels healthy gives a man greater confidence and pride.
