Sex Tips: In Search of the Male G-Spot

Ah, the elusive G-spot, that "perfect button" in the female that many consider key to explosive orgasms. Finding a woman’s G-spot can be rewarding - but so can finding the male G-spot, and it’s generally easier to locate. Although good penis health can make the experience of the male G-spot more enjoyable, the penis itself is not where the G-spot is located in men. The following sex tips can help a guy locate his G-spot and gives hints on what to do once it’s found.

The male G-spot

Simply put, the male G-spot is the prostate, that gland located just underneath the bladder and which most men first become aware of during a physical, when the doctor tells them to bend over and suddenly a cold gloved finger is poking around inside their anus. The prostate exam is often the least favorite part of a man’s physical - so they may find it surprising to learn that that same prostate can be manipulated for extreme pleasure.

There are two ways of stimulating the prostate for pleasure. One way involves rubbing or otherwise stimulating (via a vibrator, for example) the perineum, that area between the balls and the anus. The prostate is located underneath the perineum and some men find that applying enough stimulation to the perineum results in pleasurable sensations from the prostate.

However, direct stimulation of the prostate is generally an easier way to achieve pleasure - and that requires inserting an object into the anus. It doesn’t need to go terribly deep, as the prostate is located about two inches into the anus. For many men, this would be the equivalent of inserting their first finger all the way in.

Now what?

Okay, if a guy is ready to try to stimulate his male G-spot, there are a few sex tipss he may want to consider:

- Get in the mood. Although it is certainly possible for a guy to just insert a finger or other object into his anus and move it around until the prostate responded pleasurably, it’s usually easier if a guy is already in a sexy mood. Thinking sexy thoughts, contemplating sexual fantasies, watching porn, or masturbating can all help to get a guy more in the mood for his G-spot search.

- Get lubed. The anus doesn’t produce natural lubricant, so a guy wants to be sure to use plenty of lubricant, both in his anus and on the finger(s) or other object which will be inserted. And he should be prepared to replenish as necessary.

- Don’t rush. Especially the first few times a man explores his G-spot, the anus is likely to be very tight. Men should resist the temptation to rush things and just take it slow - insert just a little, swirl it around gentle or move it back and forth slowly - just be gentle and take time. It may take several tries before the anus is successfully penetrated and the prostate located.

- Re-position. Sometimes a guy needs to try different positions to find one which works best for him in terms of reaching the G-spot.

- Toy with it. Consider using sex toys (prostate massagers, dildos, vibrators, etc.) - but a guy should only do this when he’s ready. Often sex toys will be a real boon in reaching the prostate and bringing about an orgasm.

Again it’s important to emphasize that a guy should be patient when exploring his anus. And it’s also important to know that not every man finds stimulating the prostate to be pleasurable. If that’s the case, there’s no reason to force the issue.

Any set of sex tips involving the male G-spot should mention that maintaining good penis health through application of a first class penis health oil (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) gives a guy one less thing to worry about. Select an oil with a range of vitamins, including A, B5, C, D, and E. The oil should also contain L-carnitine, an amino acid which helps maintain proper penis sensitivity for overworked penises.

Sex Tips for Finding the G-Spot

With the heavy emphasis that is placed on orgasms, many men (and women) plow through sex tips in search of the map to the elusive "sweet spot" (also sometimes called the G-spot) in a woman. Most men generally have an easy time achieving orgasm, but they like to know that their partner has been equally satisfied - hence the emphasis on finding the sweet spot. Of course, a man wants to make sure he's maintaining good penis health as well, and the following sex tips will help him put that healthy penis to good use in his G-spot quest.

Is it necessary?

Before going further, it should be pointed out that many women have orgasms without access to the sweet spot. As a matter of fact, there is controversy as to whether this elusive area actually exists. However, there are many adherents who swear to both its existence and its power - and so there's no harm in a couple trying to answer the question of its existence themselves.

Tips

- One of the first things to realize is that, despite its name, the G-spot is not necessarily one clearly defined spot. Rather, it refers to a general area in the anterior wall of the vagina that contains especially sensitive nerve endings. Because there is some fluidity to the vagina, this spot can seem to move around at different times of the month or when the vagina is aroused in different ways or situated differently due to the position of the body. So while it's often said that the spot is about 2 inches inside the vagina, it's better to think of exploring the whole front wall of the vagina until proper sensations are aroused.

- During foreplay, massaging the sweet spot with the finger can be very effective. If the woman is on her back, the man should place his palm facing upward, then insert a finger (usually the index finger or the middle finger) gently into the vagina. A guy needs to take his time and ease his finger in, taking care not to "jab" or "poke."

- Once in place, the man should curl the finger inward, the way someone does when they're crooking their finger as if to say "Come here." Curling and uncurling the finger tends to have an especially strong effect on the G-spot. Many have reported that the spot has a slightly textured feeling, so if a man's finger reaches a surface that feels a little different, it has probably found the right location.

- During intercourse, it's wise to choose a position that enables the penis to rub directly against this spot. Doggy style is most often favored for this. This position can be even more effective if the man, rather than keeping his hips even with the woman's, raises himself up slightly. This will enable the penis to more readily access the spot.

- Modifying the missionary position may also be an option. If a pillow is placed under the woman's bottom, the angle of penetration is more favorable to the sweet spot.

These sex tips can help in the location and stimulation of a woman's sweet spot, but a man shouldn't stop there. Whether concentrating on the sweet spot, merely engaging in non-goal-oriented sexual activity or simply wanting to show off his mighty manhood, a guy needs to use a top drawer penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) to keep it healthy. Key among the ingredients to look for: L-arginine. Why? This enzyme helps in the production of nitric oxide which in turn keeps penile blood vessels open and flowing. It's also good to utilize a crème with vitamin C, which is known for its role in collagen production and penile tissue firmness. The more healthy and fit the penis, the better!

The Erect Penis Guide to Her Elusive G-Spot

When it comes to sex, going from a flaccid state to an erect penis is relatively easy for most men; the equipment is right out there in plain sight and the mechanics behind it are not terribly complex. Assuming that the owner of the equipment has taken steps to ensure optimal penis health, pleasure is usually just a few strokes away. But sexual satisfaction can sometimes be a bit more complicated for the female partner; all men have heard of the mysterious G-spot, which seems to hold the key to providing ultimate pleasure. Unfortunately, sometimes men have a difficult time accessing this treasure chest of delight.

The G-spot
The G-spot is the nickname for the Gräfenberg spot, named after the gynecologist who initially reported on it. The G-spot is generally considered a part of the vagina, although there is some disagreement in the scientific-medical community as to whether the G-spot actually exists and if it does, exactly what it is.

However, those who accept the G-spot as a distinct area of female sexual anatomy locate it between one and three inches inside the vagina, to the side of the urethra and the bladder and on the top of the vaginal wall.

While some have reported that the G-spot is a small bump or raised area of tissue, others have found there is no noticeable surface difference in the area defined as the G-spot, although there may be differences in the neural connections in the area.

Foreplay
A woman is more likely to achieve G-spot-derived orgasms when an appropriate amount of foreplay is involved. Couples should experiment with various forms of foreplay to determine the best manner in which the woman's G-spot can be stimulated. For example, it is usually best to remember that foreplay is not limited to (and often should not begin with) manual or oral stimulation of the sexual organ. For many women, a good deal of hugging, kissing and caressing is as important as fingering of the clitoris.

Once the foreplay has moved to the sexual organ, the man should allow the partner to guide him as he experiments with different strokes and rhythms. Many women enjoy the sensation of gentle rubbing of her vaginal opening. Eventually, the man may insert a finger into the vagina. Once inside, he should gently crook the finger back and forth; if the woman is on her back, the G-spot is going to be located on the top of the vaginal wall, so this crooking motion should touch the area and provide stimulation.

As stated before, the man should let his partner guide him to determine if he is being too rough, too gentle, too fast, too slow, etc.

Intercourse
Because of its location, stimulation of the G-spot during intercourse can be difficult. The missionary position, which is typically used by many couples, doesn't allow the penis to touch the G-spot in the most direct manner. There is usually more success in accessing the G-spot when utilizing the missionary position if the woman's hips are propped up by pillows or other supports.
In general, G-spot access is more easily achieved when the woman is on top or in a "doggy" style position.

The Goal
The G-spot has become something of a Holy Grail in sex. It's important to remember that a woman can have a perfectly happy sex life without every achieving a G-spot orgasm. Fixating on this rather than enjoying sex as a way to bond with another person can be damaging.

Whether searching for the G-spot or not, a man needs to make sure his erect penis is also a healthy one; using a nourishing penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) may assist in keeping one's member in good health. The best creams are those that contain penis-supportive ingredients such as L-arginine, which may boost the nitric oxide that keeps penis blood vessels open and flowing. Another essential ingredient is acetyl L-carnitine, the neuroprotective properties of which may restore lost sensitivity to a penis that has been handled too roughly.
