Vitamins Aid in Penis Protection

Men are fortunate to live in a modern world where so much is known about health issues, including penis health. Naturally, there are plenty of things we still don’t know and that may not get licked for a long time, but the advances in penis health and sexual health in general over the last few decades is astounding and adds a whole new fund of knowledge about how a man can better ensure penis protection, including the proper role of vitamins.

Typically when a man discusses penis protection, he is talking largely about condoms, which are an incredible defense against an entire array of diseases and conditions. But in fact, penis protection also refers to simple penis health—when the manhood is in its prime, health-wise, it is better able to withstand what nature throws at it. Combining vitamins and nutrients with good hygiene and proper condom protection increases penis protection significantly.

Vitamins

Vitamins are organic compounds found both naturally and in synthetic form. A certain amount of vitamins is needed to sustain life and health overall, including penis health. Ideally, it’s best to get vitamins from one’s diet: the food one eats, the liquids one drinks. But that is not always possible, and when a person is deficient in one or more vitamins, they often are prescribed supplements - usually pills, sometimes liquids, creams, or oils - so that their vitamin intake can be boosted.

There are a number of vitamins that are especially useful in maintaining penis health and subsequent penis protection. These include the following:

- Vitamin A. Let’s start at the very beginning, with vitamin A. Many skincare products include vitamin A because it has anti-aging properties and is very good at fighting blemishes, making skin (including penis skin) look especially handsome. But there’s more: this vitamin is blessed with anti-bacterial properties that help to fight persistent penis odor, a major problem for many men.

- Vitamin B5. Also known as pantothenic acid, this member of the B vitamin family provides a boost to healthy cell maintenance and to proper tissue function as well.

- Vitamin C. Ah yes, the good old "orange juice" vitamin that so many turn to in order to ward off colds. But there’s so much more to it than that. For example, vitamin C helps in the creation of collagen, which is one of the things that gives penis skin that ever-loving elasticity, so handy during erections.

- Vitamin D3. The "miracle vitamin" is hard to produce, requiring sunshine to get activated, which means most people need supplementation, especially during the cloudy winter months. Doctors like vitamin D3 because it can help fight a variety of diseases and strengthen the immune system. In addition, cellular function requires certain amounts of vitamin D 3 to function at its peak.

- Vitamin E. Delicate penis skin needs a lot of help staying hydrated because it can dry out relatively quickly—and no one wants a penis with dry, flaky, or scaly skin. Fortunately, vitamin E is a superlative natural moisturizer, helping to "lock in" water and oils in penis skin.

Improved penis protection through acquisition of the proper vitamins can be made much easier if a man simply locates the proper top-notch penis health oil (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) and applies it to the penis daily. Clearly, one wishes an oil with all these vitamins - A, B5, C, D3, and E - which, because it is applied topically, can more effectively target the penis. Ideally, the oil should also include 2 amino acids, L-arginine and L-carnitine. The former helps boost nitric oxide production, ensuring that penile blood vessels can expand more easily as needed. The latter has neuroprotective qualities that help maintain proper penis sensitivity, even when the penis is roughly handled.

Preserve Penis Sensitivity with Vitamins

Penis sensitivity is something many men take for granted. They assume their favorite appendage is always going to respond favorably and immediately to a little rubbing and fondling and that they will always experience the same earth-shattering sensations they always have during sex. Yet the man who practices careful penis care knows not to take things for granted and takes steps to ensure continued penis sensitivity at the appropriate level. One method he should use is to be sure his penis is getting a proper dose of vitamins.

Not metaphorical

We aren’t talking metaphorically when we say a proper dose of vitamins; it’s not an indirect way of promoting erectile enhancers but a direct call for specific vitamins to protect penis sensitivity.
But why does penis sensitivity need protecting? Because studies have shown that penis sensitivity does diminish over time in many men, which impacts their enjoyment of sexual experiences. This decrease in enjoyment may be accompanied by a decrease in sexual activity; sometimes, if the diminishment in sensitivity is severe, it may lead a man to feel depressed. So maintaining a proper level of penis sensitivity is important.

Why a loss?

There are numerous reasons why a man’s penis may experience less sensation over time:

- Rough handling. This may be the most common reason: the penis is handled in such a way that the sensitive nerve endings are damaged. If this happens often enough, or if the damage results from a significant trauma, the nerve endings simply don’t pick up the signals as well as they used to. Sometimes the nerves themselves are perfectly fine, but the rough handling results in tiny tears in the penile tissue. When these repair themselves, a thin layer of scar tissue forms, and it may be this scar tissue that prevents the nerve endings from receiving "pleasure" signals as strongly as they did before.

The rough handling can come from sex, whether partner-based or solo. Many men who masturbate, especially those who do so for extended periods of time, may use too tight a grip on the penis, which can easily result in penile nerve damage.

Sometimes sensitivity is lost when the "rough handling" is due to the penis rubbing against fabric which is too coarse or rough.

- Peyronie’s disease. Peyronie’s disease, a condition in which the penis is bent at an extreme angle, is often accompanied by loss of penis sensitivity. This is often due to scar tissue build-up, which is common in Peyronie’s disease.

- Medications. Some medications (including some used for treating diabetes and multiple sclerosis) may result in some damage to nerve endings in the penis.

- Testosterone. Low levels of testosterone are also associated with a diminishment of feeling in the penis in some men, although the reasons for this are unclear.

Vitamins

Studies have shown that some vitamins help deal with penis sensitivity issues.

- Vitamin C is important in the production of collagen, which influences penile tissue firmness. This in turn makes it less prone to damage.

- Vitamin D , the "miracle vitamin," helps boost penis cell metabolism and keep penile cells healthier and therefore better able to resist rough handling.

- Vitamin E is a natural hydrating agent. When penis skin is kept well moisturized, it is more elastic and flexible. This suppleness protects against friction and prevents accumulation of unwanted toughness in the skin layers.

Vitamins can help protect penis sensitivity, but how to make sure they get directly to the penis? One way is to apply a top notch penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) directly to the penis. Search for a crème that contains all the necessary vitamins - C, D and E. For best results, the crème should also include acetyl L carnitine, an amino acid that has been shown to protect against the peripheral nerve damage that can lead to decreased penis sensitivity.

Penis Sensitivity: The Role of Vitamins

The degree to which a man enjoys a sexual experience is directly related to the amount of penis sensitivity he has. When the penis is capable of registering intense sensation, a man's sexual activities are as fulfilling as can be. But when there is a dullness or deadening in the manhood, sex is considerably less rewarding. Ensuring good penis health, which includes delivering the proper vitamins to the member, plays a significant role in maintaining penis sensitivity.

Loss of penis sensitivity

To a teen-aged male, it may seem incomprehensible that his penis could ever experience less than intense sensations. The slightest touch, especially on an erect penis, sends shivers of delight throughout the body during adolescence.

And that's understandable. After all, the nerve endings in the penis are highly sensitive and primed to respond. But they may not always stay that way.

Loss of penis sensitivity can occur for a number of reasons, including major physical trauma. However, the most common reason for a penis just not feeling as good as it used to is simple rough handling, often occurring over a fairly long period of time.

For example, many men employ a "death grip" on their penis while masturbating - an overly tight grasp. Some men engage in partner sex without proper lubrication. Both of these situations may cause a loss of sensation. So can frequently "going commando" - deciding not to wear underwear, leaving the penis to rub against rough fabrics like denim.

Skin and cells

In all of these situations, friction and wear and tear go to work on the penis (and especially the ultra-sensitive nerves in the glans). Two things generally happen. First, the excess friction causes tiny, thin layers of scar tissue to start to build up. Over time, these layers form a "buffer" between the nerve endings and the source of stimulation, causing de-sensitization. In addition, the nerves themselves experience some damage which prevents them from operating at maximum efficiency.

Vitamins

Clearly, it's important that a man takes sensible steps to prevent this loss of sensation, such as using sufficient lubrication during sexual activities and protecting the penis from excess exposure to rough fabrics and surfaces. But it also pays to make sure that the penis is getting its proper share of vitamins.

In particular, the penis can benefit from the following:

- Vitamin E. Keeping the penis skin well moisturized helps to prevent damage from excess friction; in addition, dehydration itself can lead to toughening of the skin, which affects penis sensitivity. Vitamin E is one of Nature's most effective moisturizing agents.

- Vitamin D. Like vitamin E, vitamin D aids in natural skin hydration. In addition, vitamin D possesses antioxidant capabilities which help to strengthen penile cell metabolism and maintain the health of cells, making them hardier and less prone to damage.

- Vitamin C. Sensitivity is also related to the proper flow of blood to the penis. Vitamin C works to keep blood vessels healthy, which in turn aids in improved delivery of blood to the manhood.

Delivery of vitamins

A man concerned about penis sensitivity should make sure he gets the above vitamins via the regular use of a top-notch penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil). Why a crème? Because of its topical application, it can deliver those vitamins directly to the penis itself. But there's another reason: A really good crème will include other important ingredients that can interact with those vitamins for a synergistic health effect. For example, a crème that contains acetyl L-carnitine and L-arginine "doubles up" the crème's penis sensitivity power. Acetyl L-carnitine is a neuroprotective ingredient that helps preserve nerve sensitivity. And L-arginine is an enzyme which is involved in the creation of nitric oxide, which, like vitamin C, helps improve blood flow to the penis. So for the man interested in keeping his penis well-sensitized, a crème like Man1 Man Oil is best.
