Preventing and Correcting Erectile Dysfunction

Although it is a topic that most men are reluctant to discuss, erectile dysfunction will affect approximately 85% of adult males at least once during the course of their lifetime. Male sexual dysfunction can cause depression, loss of self-esteem and relationship problems, which in turn negatively affect sexual function, leading to a vicious cycle that may be difficult to escape. The good news is that proper penis health care, which includes a regimen of good nutrition, exercise and daily treatment with a penis health crème containing natural vitamins and moisturizers (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) can help to prevent impotence and restore healthy sexual function.

What causes erectile dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction is, quite simply, the inability to achieve an erection or to sustain one long enough to complete sexual intercourse through ejaculation. Sexual arousal is a complex process, and there are many factors which can affect a man’s sexual performance; erectile dysfunction can be symptomatic of a wide range of emotional or physical problems. Some of the most common causes of impaired sexual function are as follows:

• Poor cardiovascular health: In order for an erection to occur, the penis must become engorged with blood; heart and circulatory problems can prevent the blood flow that is needed to achieve an erection and maintain it long enough to complete sexual intercourse.

• Obesity: Being overweight can affect many important bodily functions, including sexual arousal. Too much body fat can also affect a man’s stamina, making it difficult to sustain the energy needed for successful sex.

• Stress, depression, and other mental health problems: Stress plays a big role in the types of hormones that are present in the body. Men who are experiencing mental health issues such as stress, depression or anxiety may have lower-than-normal levels of the hormones that are needed to trigger an erection.

• Emotional problems and partner conflict: The emotions are also important for triggering sexual arousal; men who are having relationship problems may find it difficult to achieve an erection for long enough to complete sexual intercourse.

• Smoking, drugs and alcohol use: The chemicals found in smoking tobacco, as well as in alcohol and recreational drugs, interfere with the complex physiological process that is needed to trigger an erection.

• Loss of penile sensation: Over time, aggressive sex and masturbation can lead to toughened, calloused skin in some men, causing a loss of sensation that is needed to stimulate sexual arousal.

Are prescription drugs the answer for treating erectile dysfunction?

While the prescription drugs that have become so popular for treating erectile dysfunction over the last few decades may be able to help some men, they can cause numerous unpleasant or even dangerous side effects and should not be considered a long-term solution. The best way to treat erectile dysfunction is to discover the underlying cause. While it is normal to experience occasional impotence, men who have chronic or recurring problems with sexual arousal should seek the advice of a medical professional.

How to avoid penis conditions that may lead to loss of sexual function

The best way to prevent penis problems such as erectile dysfunction is to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating a balanced diet, limiting alcohol consumption, drinking plenty of water, and avoiding the use of tobacco products; it is also important to choose sexual partners with care. In addition, it is suggested that a penis health crème, (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) containing penis-specific vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients be used daily to moisturize the skin and protect the penis from bacterial or fungal infections and environmental contaminants that may lead to more serious penis health issues.

Penis Health Benefits of L-arginine as a Lotion

Although erectile dysfunction is most often thought of as an age-related issue, men of all ages commonly experience performance issues from time to time. Using a penis health crème that contains the amino acid L-arginine (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) on a regular basis provides cardiovascular support and helps to maintain healthy blood flow in the penis, an important factor in sexual function. The following discussion provides important information about this vital nutrient and its role in male sexual health.

What is L-arginine?

L-arginine is one of a group of nutrients known as amino acids, which are essentially the building blocks that form proteins in the body. These molecules perform a wide range of functions, including providing the body with energy, helping to fight off diseases by keeping the immune system functioning properly, contributing to proper neurological function, and maintaining good cardiovascular health.

L-arginine, in particular, is needed to rid the body of waste products such as ammonia and stimulate the production of insulin. In addition, it is an important component in a compound known as nitrous oxide, which relaxes the blood vessels to allow proper blood flow through the cardiovascular system.

This important nutrient can be found in dairy products, poultry, meat and fish, as well as nuts and certain vegetables; it is also often used by body-builders as a dietary supplement.

How does L-arginine help to promote good health?

Research has shown that L-arginine may provide a variety of important health benefits. These include:

• Preventing colds;

• Reducing the incidence and severity of migraines;

• Relieving high blood pressure and preeclampsia;

• Preventing congestive heart failure;

• Promoting healthy erectile function;

• Reducing the symptoms of senile dementia.

In addition to these benefits, many proponents believe that L-arginine can help to improve athletic performance and speed recovery after surgery or injuries.

What are the most important penis health benefits of L-arginine?

There is evidence that L-arginine plays a significant role in penis health due to its ability to promote proper blood flow – an important factor in preventing erectile dysfunction. Male impotence is a common problem that affects men of all ages; although it is normal to experience erectile problems, they can have a devastating effect on a man’s self-esteem, which may in turn affect his personal relationships and other aspects of his life.

Erectile dysfunction normally occurs when circulation of the blood to or within the penis is restricted; while there are a variety of reasons this can occur, the problem can often be treated by relaxing the blood vessels, thus permitting normal blood flow. In fact, most prescription medications used in treating erectile dysfunction were originally designed to treat high blood pressure; their ability to improve penile circulation and reverse erectile dysfunction was an unintended, although highly desirable, side effect. However, rather than resorting to powerful drugs, many men prefer healthier, more natural erectile dysfunction remedies such as L-arginine, which has the proven ability to relax the blood vessels and restore normal blood flow.

It is important to note that, due to the fact that erectile dysfunction is often linked to an underlying health condition, men who experience impotence on a recurring basis should seek medical advice.

Keeping Your Penis Healthy

The best way to prevent common penis problems, including erectile dysfunction, is to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, limiting alcohol consumption, and avoiding the use of tobacco products; it is also important to be selective about the choice of sexual partners. In addition, it is suggested that a penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) containing penis-specific vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other essential nutrients be used daily to moisturize the skin and protect the penis from bacterial or fungal infections, which cause discomfort and may even lead to more serious penis health issues. Applying a penis crème directly to the skin ensures immediate absorption for maximum health benefits.

Penis Health Benefits of Vitamin C

Most men experience problems with erectile dysfunction from time to time. Using a penis health crème that contains Vitamin C (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) on a regular basis provides vital immune system support and helps to maintain healthy blood vessels, an important factor in sexual function. In addition to supporting sexual health, there are numerous other penis health benefits of vitamin C; in fact, ongoing research is constantly adding to the list of advantages that can be obtained from this vital nutrient.

What is vitamin C?

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that is important to many bodily functions. Because it is water-soluble, unused portions of this nutrient are excreted from the body in the urine; for this reason, a constant supply of vitamin C from external sources is needed. This vitamin is available from a wide range of food sources, including melon, citrus fruits, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, greens, and a variety of other fruits and vegetables. Many cereals and other processed foods are fortified with vitamin C, as well, although it is not clear how much of the nutrient is absorbed from these sources.

How does vitamin C help to promote good health?

Vitamin C is essential to numerous metabolic and restorative processes. It is used to form proteins that are needed to grow and repair tissues such as skin, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels; it also works alongside calcium to build and maintain bones, teeth, and cartilage. In addition, this nutrient is necessary for healing wounds and forming scar tissue, and it helps to build collagen, which is needed for maintaining healthy, wrinkle-free skin.

Vitamin C is also one of several antioxidants, nutrients that block the effects of environmental contaminants known as free radicals. These harmful agents have been linked to cancer and other life-threatening diseases; maintaining a good source of vitamin C has been shown to help reduce the risk of developing these conditions.

What are the most important penis health benefits of vitamin C?

The benefits of vitamin C are significant and can help to prevent or correct a variety of common penis problems.

- Prevention of infection: The penile surface can be easily compromised by rough sex or masturbation, which causes microscopic cracks in the skin that can allow bacteria and fungi to penetrate, leading to infections that can cause rash, itching, burning, soreness and foul odor. Vitamin C is essential for fighting off infections that can cause these uncomfortable symptoms.

- Good heart health: Vitamin C is needed to maintain good cardiovascular health, which is important to proper sexual function as well as overall health and well-being.

- Building and strengthening blood vessels: This nutrient is necessary for building body tissues, including the blood vessels. Strong and healthy blood vessels are needed to avoid developing erectile dysfunction.

- Collagen production: Vitamin C is needed for the formation of collagen, which gives skin its elasticity and prevents the formation of wrinkles that can give the penis an unattractive appearance.

- Protection against environmental contaminants: This important vitamin acts as an antioxidant, helping to prevent skin damage as well as more serious conditions such as cancer.

Keeping Your Penis Healthy

The best way to prevent penis problems is to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, limiting alcohol consumption, and avoiding the use of tobacco products; it is also important to be selective about the choice of sexual partners.

Causes of Penis Redness and Irritation

At the first signs of penis redness and irritation, many men become concerned about the possibility that they have contracted an STD. Fortunately, penis problems are more frequently caused by common skin conditions that result in rash, soreness, itching and burning; most of these problems are easily treatable at home, using a penis health crème that contains natural antibacterial agents and moisturizers (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) on a regular basis. )

Common conditions that cause penis redness and irritation

Numerous penis health problems can result in dry, cracked and reddened skin on the shaft and head of the penis, as well as around the scrotum or anal area. While these symptoms are most often harmless and easily treated, it is best to see a doctor for symptoms that worsen or do not go away on their own in a few days.

Allergic Reactions

Allergies and skin sensitivities may cause itching or burning, redness, rash and peeling. Common substances such as laundry detergents, synthetic clothing, skin creams that contain chemicals, lubricants and latex condoms may all cause allergic reactions in certain individuals. Switching to dye- and scent-free laundry detergent, wearing all-cotton underwear, using all-natural skin moisturizers and lubricants, and wearing non-latex condoms may help to alleviate these issues.

Dry Skin

Skin that is dry and flaking may become further irritated during masturbation or sex, leading to redness and discomfort. Men with dry, cracked penis skin may find relief from using a chemical-free, all-natural moisturizer that can help speed healing and prevent dryness and irritation from recurring.

Psoriasis

Men who have psoriasis elsewhere on the body may also experience symptoms on the shaft of the penis; these can cause redness, peeling and itching that may lead to social embarrassment, as well as discomfort during sex or masturbation. Natural penis care solutions containing vitamin A (which is commonly used in the treatment of psoriasis) may be effective in healing and preventing psoriasis symptoms.

Bacterial or fungal infections

There are numerous types of bacterial and fungal infections that can affect penis health, causing redness, irritation, rash, soreness, itching and burning. Dry, cracked skin can allow bacteria found on the skin’s surface to penetrate the outer dermal layer, leading to uncomfortable penis symptoms that are often mistaken for signs of an STD. In addition, fungal infections such as Candida (the same fungus that causes yeast infection in women) and jock itch can cause red bumps or rash, itching, and peeling of the skin. Treating these conditions depends on the type of infection; the best option is to prevent them from occurring by keeping the skin smooth and clear with a natural moisturizer.

STDs

Certain STDs, including HPV and herpes, can cause red bumps and discomfort during sex. For men who may have been exposed to an STD, it is important to abstain from sex until seeing a doctor for a complete diagnosis and treatment plan.

Poor hygiene

Poor personal hygiene can lead to unpleasant penis symptoms, especially in uncircumcised men. To avoid this issue, it is important to keep the penis clean and dry; men who are not circumcised should be sure to pull back the foreskin and clean underneath on a regular basis. Using a penis skin crème can help to keep the skin in good condition and prevent problems related to chafing, bacterial or fungal infections, and other penis health problems.

Keeping Your Penis Healthy

The best way to prevent penis problems is to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, limiting alcohol consumption, and avoiding the use of tobacco products; it is also important to be selective about the choice of sexual partners and to keep the penis clean. In addition, it is a good idea that a penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) containing penis-specific vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other essential nutrients be used daily to moisturize the skin and protect the penis from bacterial or fungal infections, which can cause discomfort and may even lead to more serious penis health issues. Applying a penis crème directly to the skin ensures immediate absorption for maximum health benefits.

Penis Benefits of Vitamin A

Although most men are reluctant to talk about penis problems, it is common to experience penile symptoms such as dryness, itching, redness, soreness, and unpleasant odors from time to time. These common issues often occur as a result of masturbation, aggressive sex, or even restrictive clothing, which can cause chafing that may eventually lead to microscopic cracks or breaks in the skin’s surface. These tiny lesions allow bacteria to penetrate the protective outer dermal layer, permitting bacterial infections to take hold and causing the uncomfortable symptoms described above. A simple solution for avoiding these problems is to maintain healthy skin by applying a penis health crème that contains the antibacterial Vitamin A (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) on a regular basis. Vitamin A has numerous beneficial properties that can help keep skin clear, smooth and odor-free; and unlike oral supplements, which are not always well-absorbed, using a topical crème ensures that the nutrients it contains are available to the body right where they are needed most .

What is vitamin A?

Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin which is also known as retinol. While it can only be directly obtained from meat products, this nutrient can be made in the body by substances known as carotenoids, which are found in brightly-colored vegetables such as carrots, beets, red peppers and sweet potatoes. This essential vitamin is used in the production of white blood cells, an important component in immune function. In addition, it is needed for strengthening teeth and bones, as well as maintaining eyesight and preventing certain degenerative eye diseases that are commonly related to aging.

How does vitamin A help to promote good health?

Vitamin A plays an important role in immune system support, keeping skin cells and mucous membranes healthy and preventing bacterial and viral infections from taking hold. Vitamin A has also been shown to deter the effects of aging, helping to reduce wrinkles and diminishing the effects of environmental damage by combatting free radicals that can damage the skin. Medications containing this nutrient are often used in treating skin conditions such as psoriasis and severe acne. In addition, vitamin A has properties which help to prevent the painful calcifications known as kidney stones and to protect the body against certain types of cancer.

What are the most important penis health benefits of vitamin A?

The benefits of vitamin A are significant; in addition to immune system support and the treatment of generalized skin conditions, this vital nutrient also has specific applications for penis health:

• Moisturizes skin and creates a protective barrier that keeps out disease-causing bacteria, which can cause symptoms such as redness, peeling, itching, and burning, as well as discomfort during masturbation and intercourse.

• Eliminates penile odor by eliminating the harmless bacteria that often grow in the genital area.

• Reduces the formation of liver spots, wrinkles, and other signs of aging that can detract from the appearance of the penis.

Five Most Commons STD's Plus Common Penis Problems

At one time or another, most men experience some degree of penile itching, penis redness, sore penis and penis rash. These common penis problems are often the result of rough masturbation or aggressive sex, which can create microscopic cracks or breaks in dry penis skin. These cracks allow bacteria and other contaminants to bypass the skin's protective dermal outer layer, leading to bacterial or fungal infections that case the unpleasant symptoms detailed above . A simple solution is to avoid dry penis skin by applying a moisturizer or penis health crème that contains the antibacterial Vitamin A (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil).

However, penis problems such as those mentioned above that do not clear up on their own after a few days may also be linked to a sexually transmitted disease. Although most STD’s are easily avoided with the proper precautions, the fact is that they are still highly prevalent among sexually active individuals. For those who have come in contact with an STD, early detection is important in order to avoid long-term (and potentially life-threatening) complications. The five most common STD's are listed below, along with their symptoms and most effective treatment options.

Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)

HPV is caused by a common virus that can be found virtually everywhere; most people will come in contact with some form of HPV at least once during the course of their lifetime. While many people never develop any symptoms, it is highly contagious and easily passed between sexual partners.

Symptoms

The most easily-identifiable symptoms of HPV are warts which appear in the genital and anal regions. While they are not generally painful, these hard bumps are unpleasant in appearance and may cause discomfort during intercourse. In addition, HPV has been linked to cervical and genital cancers.

Treatment

Once an individual has contracted HPV, there is no known cure, although the warts may eventually disappear on their own. For most people, the best option is to avoid infection by receiving the HPV vaccine, which has been shown to protect against life-threatening cancers linked to the virus.

Genital Herpes

Genital herpes is a highly contagious viral STD which can be transmitted from one partner to another even when no symptoms are present.

Symptoms

Genital herpes presents in most individuals as painful, blistering sores in the genital and anal areas and around the mouth.

Treatment

There is no known cure for herpes once an individual has contracted the disease, although flare-ups may be controlled through the use of oral or topical medications. Again, this common STD can be easily passed to a partner, even when there are no visible symptoms.

Chlamydia

Chlamydia is a highly common bacterial infection which is readily transmitted through sexual contact. This infection can affect the reproductive organs and urinary tract and may lead to serious complications if left untreated.

Symptoms

Symptoms of chlamydia include a greenish or whitish discharge, fever, painful urination, abdominal pain, and painful intercourse. Itching and burning in the genital area may also occur.

Treatment

Unlike genital herpes and HPV, chlamydia can be successfully treated through a course of antibiotics.

Gonorrhea

Also known as “the clap,” gonorrhea is a bacterial infection and often occurs simultaneously with chlamydia.

Symptoms

Gonorrhea may cause fever, swollen glands, sore throat, itching and burning in the genital area, and a white, greenish or yellow discharge.

Treatment

Gonorrhea can be treated through the use of antibiotics; it is important that both sexual partners are treated for the infection, as it can be passed back and forth through sexual contact even after treatment.

Syphilis

Like gonorrhea and chlamydia, syphilis is a bacterial infection; however, it can be much more serious if left untreated and lead to lifelong complications.

Symptoms

In the initial stages of the disease, syphilis generally presents as a rash or soreness in the genital area. As it progresses, it can cause fever, headache and swollen glands; untreated syphilis may eventually lead to nervous system damage, bone damage, and loss of nerve function. In later stages, dementia, paralysis and death can be the end result.

Treatment

Fortunately, if detected, syphilis can be treated using penicillin or other common antibiotics; those with symptoms of this or any other sexually transmitted disease should seek treatment as soon as possible to avoid long-term health problems.

Keeping Your Penis Healthy

The best way to prevent penis problems is to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating a balanced diet, limiting alcohol consumption, drinking plenty of water, and avoiding the use of tobacco products; it is also important to choose sexual partners with care.

Penis Health Benefits of Acetyl L Carnitine

Most men who are familiar with the term "acetyl L carnitine" (sometimes known as ALCAR or L-carnitine) have probably heard it of it in the context of body building;. Men who participate in this sport often use supplements containing ALCAR for its properties as a fat-burning agent. However, this important chemical, which occurs naturally in the body at limited levels, has many other benefits, as well. Most recently, L-carnitine has received recognition for its ability to maximize penile sensation and increase sexual stamina.

What is acetyl L carnitine?

L carnitine is an amino acid, an important "building block" used in the formation of proteins – chemicals which provide the body with energy. Amino acids can be synthesized in the body (mainly in the kidneys and liver) and are also ingested in certain foods, mainly red meats and grains, or in supplement form. Acetyl L carnitine is especially popular as a supplement for body builders – it is used by the body to transport fatty acids into cell mitochondria, where they can be burned as fuel, thus decreasing levels of fat in the body and working to increasing muscle mass at the same time.

Aside from burning fat, acetyl L carnitine has numerous other medical and health benefits. It is used in the treatment of certain mental disorders ranging from age-related depression to Alzheimer’s disease; it is also used in treating patients with emotional isues, as well as those suffering from nerve pain related to diabetes, and even as part of a treatment regimen for cataracts. In addition, several men’s sexual health benefits have been linked to this important amino acid.

What are the most significant penis benefits of acetyl L carnitine?

L-carnitine is critical to the manufacture of fuel in the body and is needed to support energy levels for intense sessions of physical activity; it can also help to slow the effects of aging and promote healing. The following benefits of ALCAR are specific to penis health:

1. Peyronie’s disease: This uncomfortable disorder occurs when a lump of scar tissue develops at the base of the penis, underneath the skin at the top or bottom of the shaft. As the tissue hardens and thickens, it can create stiffening at the base, causing the penis to bend or arc during an erection and making intercourse difficult and sometimes painful. L-carnitine protects against the incidence of Peyronie’s disease and may also help to reduce scarring that has already occurred.

2. Enhanced penile sensitivity: L-carnitine protects against the nerve damage that can occur as a result of frequent sexual activity over time; left untreated, damage to the penile nerves can lead to decreased sensitivity, which in turn has a negative effect on sexual function.

3. "Male menopause": Besides the production of energy, amino acids are necessary for the synthesis of hormones such as testosterone. In many cases, acetyl-L-carnitine has been successful in the treatment of "male menopause," a term used to refer to reduced levels of testosterone production.

Where can I find men’s products containing acetyl L carnitine that provide specific penis health benefits?

The health benefits from using acetyl L carnitine are significant; with the right product, you can maintain a healthy penis, increase your energy levels and enjoy enhanced sensation that leads to improved sexual performance.

While there are plenty of supplements containing ALCAR that are available in the form of powders, pills and protein shakes, the amino acids in these oral supplements are not always well-absorbed by the body. The penis benefits of acetyl L carnitine are most easily obtained through use of a specially-formulated penis health oils (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil), which is applied directly to the penis and absorbed into the skin for maximum effectiveness. The penis-specific vitamins, minerals, amino acids and moisturizers contained in these products provide numerous penis health benefits that keep you feeling great and performing at your best.

Penis Health Benefits of Shea Butter

If you have ever walked by the cosmetics counter of a department store or down the aisles of your local pharmacy, you have most likely seen wide range of women’s skin care products announcing shea butter as one of their ingredients. What you probably don’t know is that this cosmetic additive is not only beneficial for improving skin tone and reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles in women; it has numerous applications for men’s penis health, as well. Men are increasingly turning to products containing shea butter to maintain a healthy look and feel to the skin of the penis; read on to find out how you can experience the benefits of this all-natural moisturizer, as well.

What is shea butter?

Shea butter is a fatty yellow extract from the seeds of the shea tree (also known as the karite tree), which grows wild on the savannahs of Central and West Africa. Native populations have known about the health benefits of this fatty substance for centuries, harvesting it for use not only in food preparation, but also for medicinal purposes. Shea butter is used in treating burns, scars, psoriasis, dandruff, and other uncomfortable skin conditions, as well as improving overall skin tone and texture. In addition, it has been shown to contain cinnamic acid, which protects the body from harmful UV rays.

In recent years, Westerners have come to realize the many health benefits of shea butter, and demand for this tree oil has increased exponentially due to its ability to rejuvenate cell growth, smooth and soften aging skin, and counteract environmental damage from exposure to the sun and other harmful elements.

What are some common penis conditions that can be treated using shea butter?

There are numerous common health problems that can detract from the appearance of the penis, cause soreness during and after intercourse, and affect sexual performance. The most important penis benefits of shea butter are described here.

1. Dry, cracked skin: Over time, masturbation, manual stimulation by a sexual partner or even rubbing continuously against tight-fitting clothing can form microscopic cracks in the skin of the penis. These tiny openings can allow bacteria in, leading to possible infection. Over time, chafed and cracked skin can also form callouses, toughening the skin and diminishing sensations in the penis. Shea butter softens the skin and promotes healing, leaving the penis smooth, supple, and healthy looking.

2. Red, irritated or peeling skin: Men with sensitive penile skin often experiences reddening or soreness after sexual intercourse; this can cause embarrassment as well as discomfort. Shea butter heals irritated skin and protects against further damage, helping to ensure a healthy appearance and reduce discomfort during and after sex.

3. Wrinkled -looking skin: While most of us would like to believe that looks aren’t everything, the fact is that women are often turned off by a penis that appears to be dry and wrinkled. Using a moisturizer containing shea butter can keep your penis looking supple and attractive by keeping the skin well-hydrated and minimizing the appearance of wrinkling.

Where can I find men’s products containing shea butter that provide specific penis health benefits?

The health benefits from using shea butter are significant; with the right product, you can maintain a healthy-looking penis and enjoy enhanced sensation that leads to improved sexual performance.

The penis benefits of shea butter can be most easily obtained through use of a specially-formulated penis health crème (men’s health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil), which is applied directly to the penis and absorbed into the skin for maximum effectiveness. The penis-specific vitamins, minerals, amino acids and moisturizers provide numerous penis health benefits that keep you feeling great and performing at your best.

Penis Benefits from Applying Vitamin D Creme

Most of us know that getting the right amounts of important nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, iron, and so on, is necessary to our overall health and well-being; but what most men do not realize is that certain vitamins are essential to penis health, as well. One of the most overlooked, yet most important of these is vitamin D.

What is Vitamin D?

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin which is perhaps best known for its importance in maintaining bone health. As an antioxidant, it provides vital immune system support and has powerful cancer-fighting properties, as well. This essential nutrient is synthesized in the skin upon exposure to sunlight; it can also be found in a small number of food sources, including fortified milk and cereal, beef liver, eggs, and certain types of fatty fish.

Unfortunately, it is difficult for many of us to get enough vitamin D through dietary sources alone, and concerns about overexposure to sunlight can result in insufficient vitamin D levels in many individuals. Darker-skinned individuals and those who regularly use sunscreen are especially prone to vitamin D deficiencies.

The Amazing Health Benefits of Vitamin D

Aside from its well-known role in building and maintaining healthy bones and teeth, vitamin D has many other beneficial properties:

1. Immune system support: The antioxidant properties of vitamin D are crucial for fighting off certain types of cancer, as well as protecting against other life-threatening conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Vitamin D is also important in maintaining overall good health and helping the body to recover from illness and injury.

2. Improved skin condition: Vitamin D is essential to healthy, supple skin; this “miracle” nutrient has been shown to alleviate overall dryness and itching, to repair damaged skin cells, and to prevent premature aging. In fact, vitamin D crèmes and ointments are the most effective and most-often prescribed form of treatment for psoriasis, an uncomfortable and unsightly condition that causes itching, burning, and flaking of the skin.

3. Nervous system support: Vitamin D provides vital nervous system support, ensuring that nerve receptors are functioning properly and respond appropriately to stimuli.

4. Organ support: Having sufficient levels of vitamin D helps to facilitate proper organ function, resulting in an overall sense of well-being and vitality.

5. Reproductive health: Low levels of vitamin D have been linked both to erectile dysfunction and to a decreased sperm count; getting enough vitamin D is essential to maintaining male reproductive health.

How Vitamin D Benefits Penis Well-being

The penis health benefits that you can enjoy when you get plenty of vitamin D on a regular basis are significant. Sufficient levels of vitamin D can help you maintain healthy and supple penile skin that is sensitive and responsive to the touch, resulting in more enjoyment of sex and making you a better partner. An effective vitamin D supplement is also vital to keeping preventing dryness and soreness that results from chafing during intercourse or masturbation.

While there are numerous types of oral vitamin D supplements available as capsules or tablets, most of these over-the-counter preparations are not well-absorbed by the body and do not provide any significant health benefits. The penis benefits of vitamin D can be most easily obtained through use of a penis health creme (men’s health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil), which is applied topically and absorbed directly into the penis skin for maximum effectiveness. These penis-specific vitamins, minerals, and amino acids provide numerous penis health benefits that keep you feeling great and performing at your best.

Male masturbation can result in loss of penis sensation

Masturbation is a natural part of a healthy sex life. In fact, we all learn to masturbate at an early age and this act becomes more frequent as we get older. The act of masturbation allows men and women worldwide to understand their own sexuality and what does or does not turn them on. However, over masturbation, especially male masturbation, can lead to a reduction in penis sensation and penis sensitivity.

How does male masturbation result in loss of penis sensation?

Male masturbation in excess damages the nerves and tiny capillaries in the skin of the penis and this, then, reduces the sensitivity. It can also cause the skin of the penis to become thicker and harden so that it has less sensation.

In addition, over masturbation can cause the body to over produce hormones, and this, in turn, can lead to hormonal stress and result in erections that are not as hard or are difficult to maintain, and orgasms that are not as enjoyable.

A healthy lifestyle is a balanced lifestyle and this means that anything in excess is not a good thing. Like over eating or eating foods that are high in calories everyday, which leads to weight gain and compromises your health, over masturbation can lead to loss of penis sensation and also compromise a healthy lifestyle.

How much male masturbation is too much?

Masturbating 2-3 times a week is considered normal, any more than this could lead to a reduction in penis sensation and penis sensitivity, and physiological damage. However, this also depends on how male masturbation is carried out.

Sexual addiction or the addiction to masturbating is usually associated with the rush or euphoric feeling that is experienced when reaching climax. This is attributed to the fact that the human brain releases endorphins and other chemicals into the body when it orgasms and this feels pleasurable. Although it is a natural high, the addiction to male masturbation can be compared to a drug addiction. Male masturbation addiction can have adverse affects to sexual performance, especially when for most men masturbation is a relatively quick, intense sexual experience that results in a speedy climax. This, of course, can lead to similar actions during sexual intercourse, which is not all that satisfying for a partner.

Also, if no lubricant is used during masturbation then even masturbating 2-3 times a week could damage the highly-sensitive erogenous skin of the penis. Therefore, it is important to use lubricant during male masturbation to prevent damage and also to aid in the repair of any skin cells that may have experienced trauma during previous masturbation sessions.

It is also suggested that a daily penis health care program be carried out to avoid penis skin damage and to increase penis sensation and penis sensitivity over time.

How can penis sensitivity and penis sensation improve during male masturbation?

Limit male masturbation to 2-3 times a week and make masturbation a time of exploration and understanding; get to know how to increase penis sensation and pleasure by taking time to enjoy the experience. Masturbating in a hurry, using excessive force, or just masturbating for the thrill of it, can all lead to penis skin damage.

Learn to use male masturbation as an aide to intensifying sexual pleasure and gratification. Use oil when masturbating, as this will increase penis sensation and sensitivity. Use gentle strokes to apply the oil, start from the base of the penis and move slowly up the shaft to the head. Feel the penis and take time to reach orgasm, this will lead to improved penis sensitivity and penis sensation during sex, whether masturbating or having sexual intercourse.

In addition, it is also recommended that a penis health creme, (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil), is used to daily to decrease the damage to the penis skin and aid in penis skin and neuron rejuvenation. Penis health products also promote cell activity and capillary action as these products contains vital vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that keep the skin of the penis in optimal condition at all times.

Curved or Bent Penis – Main Causes, Symptoms, and Treatment

Many men have a slight curved, bent penis, especially when they are fully erect. In fact, a penis curve, bend that is less than10 degrees in angle, and has been evident since childhood, is perfectly normal and nothing to be concerned about. However, when the curved, bent penis occurs after childhood it may lead to prevention of normal sexual activity, then this is considered to be a problem, and medical advice should be sought.

Curved, Bent Penis Causes

There are five common causes of a curved, bent penis. ,most of which, can be treated with proper and adequate penis care. These are as follows:

Hypospadias – Typically a congenital defect, Hypospadias occurs when the opening of the urethra, or urinary tract, is not placed in the correct position. This can cause a curved, bent penis, especially as the male ages and the penis grows.

Penis Fracture/ Injury – the most common cause of a penis curve, bend occurs when the tissue of the penis ruptures. This usually happens when the penis is erect during sexual intercourse or masturbation.

Peyronie’s Disease – A condition that may occur in as many as 10% of men, Pyronie’s Disease predominately affects men who experience a rupture or tear of penis connective tissue and results in the formation of fibrous tissue that can pull or bend an erect penis.

Urethral Stricture – This is a narrowing of the urethra of the penis. The urethra is the tube where urine passes from the body and where seminal fluid, in men, is ejaculated from.

Curved, Bent Penis Symptoms

Hypospadias – A downward curve, bent penis when erect, is the most common, however the penis may also spray when urinating, or the foreskin may be ill formed and resemble a hood. In addition the sufferer may also prefer to be seated when urinating.

Penis Fracture/ Injury – A popping sound may be heard and the penis will become painful. A noticeable penis curve, bend may also appear.

Peyronie’s Disease – The penis can become inflamed, and a lump may appear on the surface of the skin. There will also be an obvious (extreme) curve, bend in the penis, and erections may be painful.

Urethral Stricture – Urination and ejaculation may be painful, and urine may spray when visiting the toilet. In addition, a burning sensation or pain may be felt when urinating and there may be a need to urinate frequently, with a minimal amount of urine being passed. This condition may also result in a penis curve, bend becoming an issue.

Curved Bent Penis Treatment

Abstain from all sexual activity including masturbation, until diagnoses of the condition has been made. Otherwise, considerable damage to the penis could be done, which may result in an increase in scar tissue and reduced sexual function.

Hypospadias – If uncircumcised, the bent, curved penis will have the foreskin removed, and then, if needed, surgery to correct the misaligned opening of the urethra will take place.

Penis Fracture/ Injury – Surgery is needed to repair the damage to the penis, otherwise it is highly likely that scar tissue will form in the area and may cause further penis bending.

Peyronie’s Disease – In some instances, Peyronie’s Disease will rectify itself without any medical intervention. Other forms of treatment may include ultrasound, corticosteroid injections, grafts, surgery, and penile implants.

Urethral Stricture – After a medical consultation, antibiotics may be prescribed to alleviate any infection and inflammation. If the Urethral Stricture continues to be a problem, then surgery may be needed to enlarge the urethral passage.

In any cases, the initial form of pevention that should be considered is the use of a penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil), daily. These products contain essential vitamins and minerals that care for and maintain the health of the penis, moisturize and protect the penis and aids in healing.

Please Note - if symptoms persist please seek medical advice.

Is Your Penis Sensitivity Up to Par

According to fine-touch pressure threshold studies conducted on the sensitivity of the penis there are some nineteen zones of sensory tissue on the uncircumcised penis and eight on the circumcised. However, in saying this, there are two regions on the circumcised penis that are very sensitive, which the uncircumcised penis does not have. This is a result of circumcision.

Fine-touch Penis Sensitivity Studies

Studies on fine-touch penis sensitivity revealed that factors such as age, type of underwear worn, and the time that had elapsed since last ejaculating had a bearing on the sensitivity of the penis in both circumcised and uncircumcised men.

It was also interesting to note that the nerve endings in the penis varied in sensitivity level depending on their location. The Glans (head of the penis) had what was referred to as ‘free nerve endings’ that were able to sense ‘deep’ pressure, whereas the band or ridge of the penis head had many more fine-touch receptors that made it more receptive to lighter touch.

The studies concluded that circumcision scar was the most sensitive on the circumcised penis and that the foreskin left on the uncircumcised penis was the most sensitive. Other findings were as follows:

1. Men who wore boxers or briefs had more penis sensitivity rather than those who wore no underwear;

2. Younger men had greater penis sensitivity than older men; and

3. The time that had elapsed between ejaculations did not alter penis sensitivity.

Penis Sensitivity Testing

The official test of penis sensitivity is called a ‘bioesiometry test’. The test uses an electromagnetic vibration to gauge how sensitive the penis is, and how well the nerves function within the penis. If a decrease of sensitivity is recorded then this may indicate nerve damage.

A normal reading in young males should be relatively low, with them being responsive and sensitive to minimal vibration. The older the individual being tested is, then the higher the reading. The reading, however, should not be any higher than 30-40 volts; otherwise this could be an indication of extensive nerve damage.

Another test that is performed to check penis sensitivity is the microfilament test. This involves filaments of different sizes being placed on the Glans, whilst the patient is unable to see, and then testing the reaction to various levels of stimulus.

Penis sensitivity can be tested at home, with a partner, using a simple method. This is as follows:

1. Place an ice-cube and a feather by the side of the bed.

2. Place a blindfold on.

3. Have the partner run the feather across the head of the penis, then around the rim, and along the shaft on both the top and underside. A pleasurable, tickling sensation should be noted. This may or may not invoke an erection.

4. Note down and record any feelings or sensations. Does the penis respond to this stimulus in any way?

5. Next take the ice-cube, and repeat step 3 using this as the stimulus. A cold sensation should be noted, with the penis possibly shrinking or recoiling from the temperature change.

6. If there is no noted sensitivity to these stimuli or the sensitivity of the penis is minimal then it is advised that further medical advice be sought. If, however, the penis responds and sensitivity is noted then this is considered to be normal.

Increasing Penis Sensitivity

The best ways to increase penis sensitivity is to engage in activities that promote healthy cell and nerve function. This means wearing underwear and clothing that is supportive, but not restrictive, cutting down on smoking and alcohol consumption, eating a healthy balanced diet, and drinking plenty of water throughout the day. It is also suggested that a penis health crème, (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil), be used daily to aid in cell rejuvenation, which, in turn, increases penis sensitivity. This is attributed to the fact that these products contain essential vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that keep the penis in optimal condition.

Penis Health the 6 Steps to Rejuvenate Penis Function and Sensitivity

Without a doubt, a healthy penis leads to a happy and content man. So how is this achieved? It is all about caring for that important body part that brings so much pleasure.

Penis Health and Sexual Self-Confidence.

Ever heard the saying ‘self-love is a must before someone can truly love and satisfy another’? This philosophy also works with the penis. Learning to care for a penis builds sexual self-confidence and increases penis health, so that when it comes time to use that manhood it lives up to all expectations.

6 Ways to Improve Penis Health

Here are 6 penis health tips to keep a penis in top condition.

1. Learn how to love thy self – masturbation is a must. If a man doesn’t know how to build up sexual excitement for himself then how is he supposed to perform well in the bedroom? Get to know how the penis works. Use a good lubricant. Practice self control. Bring the penis to the edge of climax. Then back-off. Repeat this several times before climaxing. Mastering the art of self-control builds stamina and endurance, and it makes for more powerful orgasms. Plus, it adds to bedroom excitement, and makes for much more rewarding sex. Please note that masturbating 1-3 times weekly is considered normal, anything over this is considered as excessive and may actually decrease the sensitivity of the penis over time, especially if masturbation is aggressive.

2. Forget penis exercise programs and concentrate on overall health – the penis does not contain any muscle, so no amount of exercise will increase its size or diameter. However, regular exercise will improve blood circulation to the penis, especially exercises that stimulate and activate the thighs and groin. One of the best exercises a man can do every morning and evening is squats. This will not only strengthen his legs, but also invigorate the tissues and cells in this region, and increase his cardio vascular capacity.

3. Drink alcohol in moderation – alcohol reduces cell function and also decreases nerve response, this means that drinking alcohol in excessive amounts regularly will have an adverse effect on penis health. Therefore to improve penis health consider cutting down on the amount of alcohol consumed, especially before having sex. Many people believe that alcohol adds to their sexual satisfaction because they feel like they are more adventurous when under the influence. This is because alcohol reduces the level of self-consciousness and shyness is alleviated. By reducing alcohol consumption, a higher level of sexual self-confidence is gained, the body is able to respond better to stimulus and overall penis health is improved.

4. Eat a balanced diet – the human body is a machine that needs all components to be operating well in order for it to function. If one part of the body is not firing on all cylinders then this usually has an impact elsewhere. It is also vital that the human body be fed with the right fuels so that it runs at an optimal level. This means forgetting about junk foods or only eating them in moderation, and instead, eating a diet that is high in protein such as fish, chicken, eggs, and other dairy foods, as well as vegetables, cereals, and other vitamins and minerals. This will ensure optimal penis health is achieved inside and out.

5. Drink more water – water is an elixir of the Gods. It flushes out any impurities in the body and rids the body of toxins and oxidants that damage cells and reduce efficiency and function. By drinking 4-8 glasses of water daily, the kidneys and the male reproductive system is kept running at optimal levels which, in turn, aids in maintaining penis health.

6. Use a penis specific creme daily - it is suggested that a penis health creme, (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil), be used daily to aid in cell rejuvenation and improve penis health. This is attributed to the fact that these products contain essential vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that keep the penis in optimal condition.

Sore Penis Syndrome the Causes, Symptoms, and Best Treatments

A sore penis can be painful, ache or throb, and even show signs of swelling or inflammation. In fact, a sore penis can refer to any part of the penis, internal or external, that is causing some kind of discomfort.

Typically, the penis consists of four main parts, the bulb, which connects the penis to the abdomen, the shaft or body of the penis, the Glans or head of the penis, and the urethra, which is sometimes referred to as the urinary and seminal tract. Penis pain can develop in any one, or a number of these areas depending on what the cause of the penis pain is. Or, it may develop in the surrounding areas of the body such as the prostate, testicles, bladder or abdomen.

Sore Penis Causes
Penis pain may be a dull ache or a sharp pain that can often be accompanied by heat and inflammation, which is a sign that the body is trying to repair damage. There are more than 15 different causes of penis pain. Some may be the result of trauma or aggressive sexual activity, while others are caused by infections and other illnesses. The most common causes of penis pain are as follows:

Allergies – an allergic reaction to something that the penis has come into contact with. This can include soaps, detergents, creams, condoms, latex, fabrics and other materials;

Balanitis – an inflammation or swelling of the head (glans) of the penis;

Bladder Stones – hard mineral deposits that accumulate in the bladder;

Legions and Sores – open wounds, cuts and abrasions on the penis, which may be the result of vigorous sexual activity, aggressive sex or the fact that a sexual partner has stubble or other objects on their genitalia that may irritate or scratch the skin of the penis. Also on list of causes of open sores are STD’s.

Paraphimosis – the inability to retract the foreskin of the penis on an uncircumcised male due to tightening of the skin;

Penile Cancer – a growth, legion or sore that is malignant and can be found on the surface or within the tissue of the penis;

Penile Implants and Surgery – an implant in the penis or a surgical procedure that has been recently performed may be irritating the penis or it may have become infected;

Penis Fracture – a rupture of one or both of the cambers within the penis that enable it to become erect;

Peyronies Disease – scar tissue in the penis that results in the penis developing a curve or abnormal bend;

Pimples – an infection of skin pores or hair follicles that is the result of bacterial build-up;

Poor Hygiene – regular showering and cleansing of the penis and surrounding areas is a must, if this does not occur then the skin may become irritated or infected;

Priapism – an erection of the penis that is persistent and will not subside;

Prostatitis – an infection of the prostate gland;

Sickle Cell Anemia – a blood disease that affects the hemoglobin, or the protein in the blood that carries oxygen through the body and can restrict penile function;

STD’s and Other Infections– Chlamydia, genital herpes, scabies and crabs, thrush and other forms of infections;

Testicular Bruising – discoloration to the testicles as a result of a trauma during activity of some kind, this may occur during sports or other recreational pursuits or during sexual activity;

Urethra Damage – damage to the tube that runs from the head of the penis to the bladder or seminal duct. This can include bruising, cuts and abrasions, blockages, and other forms of trauma; and

Urethritis – a bacterial infection of the reproductive system, which may also affect the bladder and prostate in men.

Sore Penis Symptoms
The symptoms of penis pain vary, depending on the cause of the pain. However, the most common symptoms of a sore penis are as follows:

Erectile dysfunction, difficulty urinating, painful ejaculation, penis bruising, bleeding and swelling, penis lumps and sores, penis rashes and itching, and urethral discharge.

Sore Penis Treatment
If any pain is experienced from the penis or the penis is sore, it is recommended that immediate medical attention be sought as some conditions can have long-term side effects and in some cases can be life-threatening. Medical advice also reduces the risk of permanent skin damage, impairment of penis and sexual function, and possible complications that can result in major organ damage.

Treatments, for the causes listed, typically include abstaining from any sexual activity, oral and prescription medicines, crèmes, injections and other forms of therapies, as well as surgery.

In addition, it is also recommended that a penis health crème, (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil), is used to daily to decrease the damage to the sore penis and to aid in cell and skin rejuvenation. These products are also known to soothe a painful penis as they contain vital vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that keep the penis in optimal condition.

Penis curved or bent and causes, symptoms, and best treatment

Typically, a mild or slightly curved or bent penis will, with proper treatment, rectify itself without any form of medication, whereas a more severe case may require corrective surgery

A penis curve or bend can be defined as ‘an abnormal penis shape that can be mild to severe and can cause many men some form of discomfort in either a psychological or physical sense. For instance, many men who have a curved or bent penis tend to think that their ability to make love is compromised and that their partner may not find them as exciting in bed, they also tend to worry about the aesthetic appeal of their penis and this in a psychological sense can make them feel inadequate.

Causes of a Penis Curve or Bend

A severely curved or bent penis is often caused by either a condition called Peyronie’s Disease or a penile fracture.

Peyronie’s Disease occurs when the fibrous tissue of the penis becomes scarred often due to an injury to a penis suffered during intercourse or masturbation. This then causes the penis to bend or curve, which may result in an inability to gain and sustain an erection and have satisfying sexual intercourse.

The other cause of a penis curve or bend can be a penis fracture. This condition usually occurs during vigorous or aggressive sexual activity, and is often extremely painful, as the injury occurs when the penis is erect. When a fracture of the penis occurs usually a loud popping sound is heard as the cylinders that fill with blood in the penis and create an erection, rupture, with one or more of the cylinders breaking.

Symptoms of a Penis Curve or Bend

The symptoms of Peyronie’s Disease and a penis fracture are similar to each other, but there are also distinct differences that set each of these ailments apart. Usually sufferers of Peyronie’s Disease experience the following:
1. A curved or bent penis of more than 10 percent;
2. Difficult sexual intercourse;
3. Painful erections;
4. A reduction or minimal flexibility in the penis;
5. The penis may be painful to touch; and
6. Urination may be difficult.

Whereas the symptoms of a penis fracture may include those of Peyronie’s Disease, a sufferer may also experience the following:
1. Bruising to the penis;
2. Signs of blood or trauma to the penis coming from the urethra;
3. A loud popping or cracking sound comes from the penis;
4. Chronic pain that is almost unbearable;
5. The penis may also develop a lump or other signs of damage such as inflammation in an area along the shaft of the penis.

Treatment of a Penis Curve or Bend

Peyronie’s Disease and a fracture of the penis are treated by firstly abstaining from any sexual activity. This includes intercourse and masturbation. Both conditions are then usually treated via surgery, in most cases.

If a penis fracture is suspected then it is vital that medical treatment is sought immediately, as the condition can be life-threatening, especially if the bleeding is not brought under control.

In situations where there is a slight bend or curve to penis then the daily use of a penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) will help to keep the penis and its skin in optimal condition and maintain its flexibility so that the risk of further curves, bends, and breaks is reduced. This is attributed to the fact that these products contain essential vitamins and minerals that enhance and maintain the health of the penis.

Picking Up Girls Using The Best Gimmick Ever

Do you know what’s kind of ironic? I never once thought of myself as the type of guy who could pick up a gorgeous girl. I have always thought of myself as a little plain. You know, not good looking enough, and not having that charismatic touch that just seems to draw girls one-by-one. Now, I just laugh at these crazy thoughts that I once had in my head, because, recently, I found the best gimmick ever for picking up girls; one that lands me that stunningly gorgeous gal every time.

Do you want to know my how I do it? Well, let me take you back to when I first discovered this pickup secret.

It all began one Saturday evening last summer. I had decided to have a party and invite all of my friends. Of course, some of those friends told their friends, and also their friends-of-friends, so that the number of people who arrived at my home was probably a little more than I had anticipated. But, this is half of the fun when having a party, right? Especially when some of the friends-of-friends are absolutely stunning girls and you can’t take your eyes off of them.

On the day of the party, I made sure that everything was ready before I went and showered. When I had finished, I got out, dried myself, and then reached for my Man1, which I apply after showering.
Now, for those of you who are wondering just what Man1 is, let me just say that this is my manhood moisturizer. It keeps the skin of my peppino in optimal condition as it contains all of the essential vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that ensure maximum peppino health.  Anyway, after applying my Man Man Oil, I placed it in its usual place on my dresser, which was normal, and then I got dressed.

A short time later, there was a knock at the door, which I answered, and there stood a group of my friends with their friends-of-friends. So, I let them in. Then I saw her.  She was petite and ever so hot. In fact, this girl seriously was enough to make me drool. She was wearing tiny denim shorts and a pink tee, and even though she wasn’t all that tall she had the longest legs I had ever seen. Her wavy black hair went all the way down her  back and seemed to tickle her perfectly peachy backside. I remember thinking about how tantalizingly delicious this whole scene was, and trying to figure out just how I could get to know this girl a little better. Then, I shrugged it off as a silly idea (after all just look at poor mister average me.) and I started partying with my friends.

A little later, after a drink or two, I bumped into this girl in my kitchen. She was mixing a drink and I knocked her elbow as I went to the fridge. I apologized, she smiled, and I smiled back.

“Nice place you have here,” she said.

“Yep,” I replied, even though I thought it was a dump.

I couldn’t take my eyes off hers. They were the prettiest green I had ever seen. So, we just stood there and stared, that is until she smiled and then giggled. Her whole face lit up and she just oozed warmth.

“Hey,” I said, “Would you like me to show you around.”
“Sure,” she said.

I thought that all of my birthdays and Christmases had come at once, and then I said, “Well come on then.” And I took her by the hand.

Her touch was warm and it travelled straight to my manhood, which was beginning to stir.
I led her from room-to-room and we chatted about the décor and furnishings, and other points of interest in my home. We were getting along famously and when we finally made it to my bedroom, I almost choked. There on my dresser sat my bottle of Man1. She instantly saw it, picked it up, and then asked what it was for. I couldn’t help but blush, and she smiled. Her soft, red lips were ever so inviting. So, I took a deep breath and began telling her all about my Man1Man Oil and how I used it daily to keep my manhood in optimal condition. That’s when she asked me how I applied it.

“Where do you start, when you put it on,” she said.

“From the base,” I said. “And then I move on up.”

She smiled.

And, don’t ask me how I had the nerve, but I actually said, “I can show you, if you’d like,” I said.

She nodded ever so slowly as she bit her bottom lip, and then muttered, “Ah huh.”

Then she wandered over to my bedroom door and closed it.

I couldn’t help but watch her backside move in those tight little shorts. They were ever so cheeky. My manhood must have also liked what he saw, because he was beginning to pay more attention.

When she returned to my side, she asked me to show her how to apply my Man1. And, well, let me just say that one thing led to another.

I recall thinking after that party that maybe this occasion had just been a coincidence, but no, I’ve had many parties since, and I must say that my Man1 Man Oil leads to a great deal of fun. So, I now make sure that I leave my Man1 out on my dresser, because it works every time.

Picking up girls has never been this easy for me, and I put it down to using the best gimmick ever… my Man1, which is a peppino health creme that keeps my peppino looking great, staying healthy and feeling greater than ever.

“I, personally wouldn’t be without it, but just remember that Man1 can be used for manual stimulation, which can be just as much fun.”

Penis Health Major Breakthrough Using Vitamin A

While most people understand that they need to eat healthy foods, they often don’t understand why they should have foods rich in certain vitamins and minerals, and just what happens to their bodies when their bodies do not receive these beneficial ingredients.

One such vitamin is vitamin A. This vitamin is vital to the function of the human body. It plays a crucial role in the operation of the immune and reproductive system, vision, and the development of bone and blood structure, as well as aiding in antioxidant activity and skin and cellular health.

What is Vitamin A?

Vitamin A is an organic compound that supplies the human body with nutrients that sustain growth and allow it to function correctly. Vitamin A comes in several forms, retinol, retinal and four carotenoids - alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, crypto-carotene, and gamma-carotene. In fact, if the human body has enough beta-carotene in its system then it can produce its own vitamin A.

Vitamin A can be found in animal and vegetable sources. Retinol typical derives from the animal, and the carotene from the vegetable. Foods that are rich in vitamin A are as follows: butter, cheese, egg-yolks, liver, milk, and dark green and yellow vegetables and fruits such as, apricots, broccoli, carrots, cantaloupe, pumpkin, spinach, and sweet potatoes.

People who are deficient in vitamin A often have problems with their eye sight and are prone to skin disorders such as bumps, break-outs, and infections. Other symptoms can include severe weight loss, insomnia, fatigue, and reproductive difficulties, as well as hair loss and an itchy scalp.

Vitamin A - How it Can Benefit Penis Feeling

Vitamin A gives a man an overall feeling of wellness, as this compound improves penis feeling, sexual pleasure, and penis health, as well as improves the function of major organs.

Largely, vitamin A has the following benefits:

1.     It promotes healthy cellular growth and activity and improves skin rejuvenation so that the skin of the penis retains its softness and elasticity, and is more receptive to touch;
2.     It increases overall physical endurance, with recipients feeling more lively and active, especially in the bedroom. This, in turn, increases sexual pleasure as men are able to sustain longer sexual activity;
3.     It assists in maintaining a healthy male reproductive system and decreases the likelihood of impotency and erectile dysfunction;
4.     It promotes a healthier immune system and prevents colds and other sicknesses which can reduce stamina and erode endurance; and
5.     It enables the male body to function as a whole and creates a feeling of overall wellness.

Due to the fact that vitamin A is essential to the growth of healthy skin cells and tissue, and that it aids in promoting overall wellbeing, it is believed that the regular use of  vitamin A will increase penis feeling as the skin becomes more receptive, which, in turn, will enhance sexual pleasure.

For Best Results Use Vitamin A in Creme Form

Using a Creme form of vitamin A increases the amount that the body absorbs and it directly aids the area that it is applied to. In this capacity, a Creme form of vitamin A works significantly faster than, say, a vitamin capsule, and it ensures that the skin cells of the penis receive a higher dose of vitamin A than the entire body.

Daily use of penis specific Creme (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) is recommended, as this contains vitamin A and other essential vitamins, amino acids, and minerals, which are said to increase sexual pleasure and improve penis feeling. This product is known to promote the overall wellbeing and function of the penis so that it aids in optimal penis health.

A healthy lifestyle means eating a balanced diet, exercising for at least 20 minutes a day, drinking sufficient fluids -- preferably water -- and learning to do anything that is not considered ‘good’ for a healthy body in moderation. This allows the human body to function at its best and it also means that it is getting the right dose of essential vitamins and minerals, so that it operates at an optimum level.
